Party City

I recently ordered balloons from here with delivery for my granddaughter’s 7th birthday. It was a wonderful experience. The manager, Ralph, was so nice, and made sure that everything was perfect! I can’t thank him enough for all he did to help me with the ordering process and delivery! He’s a top-notch manager! Party City is lucky to have him. Thank you!!!

If you are looking for decorations and supplies for pretty much any type of party this is your place. It is huge and covers pretty much any event I can think of. One caveat would be this is generally cheap stuff so not necessarily high end. Has huge assortment of various candies as well. Huge number of balloon option too and they will put helium in them for you.

I am extremely happy with my Durham Party City. I placed an online balloon order and it arrived the same day. The foil balloons were filled completely and sealed well. The prices were excellent. My in-store experience was also excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Party City for all your helium balloons.

Party City got an update! I was very pleasantly surprised when I recently visited. The store is bright and clean with fresh stock being put out. The employees were super friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to make sure I was assisted and went to the back to get what I needed when I didn't find it immediately on the shelves. A delightful experience primarily because of the great customer service! I will definitely be back. 😊

Today was a good at at PC! The ladies working the balloon counter and cash register were super helpful, friendly, and patient with me and other customers I witnessed then interacting with. Prices are insane for what it is, but guess you can price gouge when you've cornered the market. But I still give them five stars bc of their service today.

I went on Friday, 6/24, before 10am and was able to get about 15 balloons blown up quickly. I only saw one employee working while I was there and she was very helpful.
They appeared well stocked and had a ton of great looking party supplies.
I would return.

This Party City was huge. They had so much cool stuff there. The staff was really nice and very friendly. I will go out of my way to shop at this one again. Also, the store was very neat and clean, unlike the one closer to my house.

I'm always surprised at how often I have to go in party City. This however, is a great store. If you must visit a party City. That's always clean. The staff is always nice. Check them out.

Had what I needed. Delivered order balloon clusters on time!

I visited the New Hope Commons store on 8/6 to pick up and online order. I was skeptical about what things would look like and if the order would even be ready. Party City Durham, yall knocked it out the park! The balloons were perfect and the quality was GREAT! But what will bring me back is the TOP KNOTCH staff. The manager, Ralph, was running the main register while all the ladies were whipping balloons out left and right. Love seeing this where everyone is working together! Definitely will be back to this store for all my future party supplies. Thanks PCD!

I recently obtain birthday party essentials from this store. Very well supplied! However, what stood out the most was the store's customer service. Four employees (Rodnisha, Christian, Jourdan and another male of Hispanic decent) assisted me in finding what I needed. Very friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, one of the many balloons I purchased flew away upon exiting the store- which the store's mgmt. had no problem in replacing. :-)

Very Good Collection of Haloween Costumes.

Today we were helped by a young man named Evren and he was the most polite and helpful employee I’ve ever met in a party city from west coast to east coast. Absolutely loved our experience and the staff at this location thanks to Evren and his amazingly helpful attitude toward customers! Give him a raise :)

I was able to get all of my decorations for my Daughter's recent birthday party here, I went with Moana theme cuz my daughter is basically Moana. Lol. Had a great party, decorations really set the mood!

I think they were closed for a bit, but are open again! I think they did a remodel. The store was absolutely the nicest looking party store I have ever been to. The customer service was great over the phone, and Joel (I think the manager) was very nice and helpful. :)

Nicole @ the Durham location is outstanding. She helped me retrieve a receipt from several months ago that I absolutely needed. I appreciate her professionalism and willingness to take the time to take care of me. Thank you Nicole

Bright, well organized and knowledgeable staff. Didn't find everything I was looking for but I found other items. Prices not too bad.

Great selection of party wares - something for every celebration! Got lots of stuff for a Mardi Gras party.
