Cedric was a great salesman. He was informative and patient and offered options when I asked about purchasing a back up drive. Wish more salespeople had his personality and patience.

Cedric was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products! He answered all of our questions and provided us with many suggestions regarding the IPad and accessories that we purchased. He took his time and was patient with us. Definitely recommend asking if he is working! Thank you!!

This is the closest Best Buy to my home however not really my favorite. They have very smart and kind customer service associates but when I went last time to return an item, I was 1 day past the date allowed to return it. I was pretty disappointed and the technician advised to get Best Buy plus so I would have more time to do a return. I paid for it expecting he would then allow me to return the item, well he didn’t. I then went to the Best Buy near Streets of SouthPoint Mall in Durham and told the guy to look at both my account and my husband’s account and how much we buy from their store. We buy all of our IPhones all in cash usually as soon as they hit the floor. We also buy our gaming systems, iPads,AirPods, accessories and everything else we can get from there bc we trust Best Buy products. The. I explained that I had went to this Beat Buy and they wouldn’t accept my return even being one day late even when I purchased the Best Buy plus plan bc of the extra time. The employee said hey that really sucks. I will go ahead and return your item. It was still wrapped in the clear shrink wrap and had the security tabs still on the box so he knew I hadn’t even used it. He returned my item and put it on a Best Buy card and in return I spent the entire 600$ store credit plus an additional 200$ just for being so good to me. I truly was lucky to have an associate willing to help out a loyal customer. I was pretty salty I won’t lie and had that associate not returned my item I truly doubt I would have continued to do as much business with Best Buy as I usually do. Thanks so much to the kind employee who went above and beyond to help me in a sucky situation. I hope you get all the best opportunities in the future at Best Buy or whatever you work!

Decently big sized Best Buy location. It was nice to walk around and look at stuff, although the camera section Is desperately lacking. Everything else was cool.

Best buy hangs on there as a beacon of hope for brick and mortar stores. They do offer good value when you shop and great service after the fact. I bought my Grandson Lego sets at a good price.

Nice store full of awesome gadgets. The associates were extra helpful to me today. Kudos to them for exceptional customer service. ❤

I prefer Best Buy to other electronics stores as they tend to always have the friendliest and most knowledgeable employees who can really help you find what you need. I've always had good experiences from this store. Xander from this store was very helpful with findings answer to my questions.

I went in here and it was super nice. I was trying to buy some DJI drones for work but they didn't have any on the shelf. They were really friendly though. I ended up buying the drones somewhere else and now I'm using them to save the world.

Their payment options is easy and flexible. No hard enquiry that might affect credit scores, infact I was surprised the approval came almost instantly after the online application. Today, I had to visit the store to complete my order while I await my best buy card. The staff was very polite, patient and attentive. I have ordered logitekMK540 which was out of stock, but she suggested a better specifications at a discounted price. She gave suggestions on a product(Mac studio) which I couldn't get in store because of high configuration as well.

They have a great selection of audio video products. The greeters are always friendly and helpful. Ebony is one of the managers and she always has a positive attitude.

I went during the holidays so they were out of most things. The people there were very helpful in helping my pick things in stock.

Had a very positive experience at this Best Buy location while shopping for a gaming laptop. The associate who helped us was professional and knew the products well enough to recommend me a laptop with the upgrades I wanted for my new computer.

Amazingly Had a big connect 4 to entertain the kids while my husband was able to figure out what he wanted. They had an awesome geek squad double kids cart. The gentleman who was just helping out from the burlington store was great! Also the bathrooms were super clean!

They went above and beyond to find a case that the website claimed was in stock but was not on the sales floor and they found it. They have made strides to improve their customer service and Geek Squad and it’s a great place to go. Every time I get an iPhone, I must get a screen protector and case installed from Best Buy for peace of mind.

Friendly staff and helpful for purchasing a new Apple Watch. Previously did a store pickup for a flash drive which went smoothly. Seems a bit under staffed so give some time

Great retailer. Best Buy is the go to destination for appliances and one of the last places you can go to compare over 20 different computers and purchase one. It's always fun shopping there.

Super helpful and friendly team here in Durham! Love this Best Buy! Even though they didn’t have the model I needed they were very knowledgeable and thus able to help me purchase a computer that fit my needs and budget perfectly when I returned to NYC
