Staff members are very helpful if you need assistance or advice. Wide variety of wines, beer, and cider available. They also have a loyalty program where you can get discounts, definitely worth it if you are a big wine drinker.

I have shopped at total wine at this location before and always get great service. Recently I met Daniel Hall the wine manager and he went above and beyond to help me shop for some Christmas and New Years gifts. Great knowledge and very helpful.

Always clean and well stocked. Staff are friendly and available to assist, if needed. Great selection of beers, especially seasonal favorites.

Pretty cool Spirits shop. Despite thier name they carry more than just Wine. You can find Soft Drinks, Seltzer, Cigars and Beer. They also carry Spirits from all over the World. You can even get Sake here .

I've visited both the Durham and Greensboro locations and both are great.

They had our order ready when we got there and helped us load. Very friendly staff. Drove here from Jacksonville NC to pick up an item they only had available here. Love the online shopping app which keeps accurate stock information.

This wine store is awesome and I’ve been in a lot of them.
I’m going to keep this simple.
Location is simple.
They have a cigar humidor - awesome to just grab a quick tobacco fix.
Wine selection is wonderful and nicely organized and clean.
Prices are good.
Staff was friendly and very helpful.
I asked for assistance picking up a new type of wine and they asked me a few questions and they found a new brand and I enjoyed it.
Cleanliness was good.
They also have a good selection of beer as well just no liquor.
They have glassware and other necessities for drinks if needed.

I love this place. Great wine selection, good prices, and staff seem knowledgeable. Even the beer is priced lower than most places. Wish there was a way to request they stock items through their app, though

We were looking for a liquor store in North Carolina as we are from Colorado. This place has a great wine selection a great beer selection and even better. The staff is absolutely amazing and very friendly. Will definitely go here again when we are back in North Carolina.!

Total Wine is hands down the best place for wine and beer in Durham. I like the mom and pop shops too, but Total Wine's prices, service and selection really can't be beat. They also have super friendly and helpful sales associates and cashiers.

While traveling, my brother and I decided we wanted a bottle of Merlot. We popped in 15 minutes before closing. Yet, the staff couldn't have been more helpful in helping my brother find something he wanted.

BTW... the Merlot was great!

I was very impressed with customer service today 04/1522
First of all on the shop floor I felt a little bit lost and it was immediately recognized by on one of the employees ( small , skinny black girl, UNC fan) . She helped me to find rear Bulgarian and Greek wines.
Then I went to check out and Jaylin was very kind and helpful with the app which I used first time since I have registered to it.
She showed me how to use coupons and this way I saved 16.35$. At the end, She packed my wine to the strong box and smiled .
Very impressive and definitely will comeback and recommend this store to my friends.

Reasonable prices and logical store set up. Employees are very knowledgeable about wine and have made some good recommendations. They also have discounts for buying in bulk (6-12 bottles). Not an ideal place for selection of anything other than wine.

Came to Total wine on Labor Day, my friend and I forgot ABC liquors are closed on holidays lol. LJ was super helpful in helping us select ports for a sangria mix. LJ offered us a wine tasting and we actually found 3 wines we loved! She is super knowledgeable about what she does, we will definitely be back! Great location!

I have been to many total wine stores in the past. The store manager Daniel gave us the best experience ever. He was extremely knowledgeable about champagne and took his time to recommend us the right one for the occasion. Thank you for your help!
