I have been a customer of the place for 30+ years and have always enjoyed shopping their products. Always exquisite and one of a kind. Customer service is excellent!! Love this place.

The staff here is soooo nice, helpful and FUNNY! They make you feel right at home.

Michellelee was very helpful in putting together functional designs for our closets and laundry room during their Elfa sales. We also loved the installer, Gustavo, they sent. Flawless, professional, and easy process from start to finish.

Wow this place has stuff I didn't even know I wanted. A bit pricey but everything was there

Got a reasonably-priced laundry basket here. It lasted 2 moves and 7 years before it fell apart. I’m happy.
Update: Went here a few weeks ago again and I am positive our cashier was on adderall or crack. She couldn't stop touching herself and her responses were so fast and sharp and just kind of really uncomfortable.

Rafael was the best customer representative of any company I have interacted with, ever. He helped us out without hesitation. Great store, great products, and excellent staff. Will return in the future.

I am obsessed with the Container Store. It is super pricey but high quality products that will get your spaces free of clutter and looking amazing. I usually go online so I can see all of the measurements and measure my space before I go to the Container Store. I learnt the hard way by going there and guessing sizes and then having to return items. You might as well get a free reward account because it will save all of your purchases on there and make your returns easier. I also use the app. However the app organizes the returns by product number instead of the name of the product and I think that’s a really difficult way to fine things. Also I noticed that a lot of the items in the Container store next to fashion Valley Mall did not have prices next to them. It was not well organized ironically. They may have just been moving a lot of items around that day. Anyhow overall this is a great place to go to organize your stuff.

This place is strangely fun! Haha! I never knew there were so many ways and systems to organize. But the store itself is very easy to navigate with how it’s set up, it’s clean and bright and spacious, the staff is very kind and eager to help, they will also help bring your items to your car…helpful if you’re shopping alone and you buy a lot! They also have a section of fun little gift items. Even though it’s at the mall, didn’t have any issue finding parking, as it is kind of in it’s own section.

They ordered and shipped to my house in Oregon the items I needed that were out of stock.

Parking is good, customer service is better, variety and availability of merchandise is awesome. Things are on the expensive end of the money spectrum but it pays off with the quality and look.

Came to the container store for the first time. My experience was lovely. Michael “Mike”went above and beyond for us. The product that I wanted was discontinued but I was able to get the one on display I am so grateful I got it. He also gave us nails for the shelf and directions on how to put it on. Thank you so much!

Very beautiful store. I love the layout of it compared to some other stores. The employees were friendly and helpful. The store was organized and neat. Was easy to find what we were looking for. Overall good experience!

I love this store! It's a borderline obsession... I'm not joking! They have an amazing selection of organization products. When I go in there, I want everything. Prices range from economical to high end.

Kristina has been so amazing in helping us design the closets for our home. She's not pushy and is eager to share words of wisdom. We drove 25 miles to have her design our closets after our first experience.

This is a great place to find storage solutions. The store is always clean and easy to move around. I was greeted as I entered. I used their restroom and it was also very clean. There is also plenty of parking.

I guess I am very skeptical, and I automatically think that a specialty store will be more expensive than other places. So far in most of my research, the toes I am interested in here are cheaper here than other places.

This place is great for getting ideas. Always do your research, and maybe you will come back to this place and purchase.

Whether it's bottles for my limoncello or little boxes to put my vitamins in this is where I come. If you need something to contain or organize stuff come here. Plenty of parking, rarely a line, no complaints here. I get why this place exists.
