Went for the first time today. The guy behind the register was super sweet and friendly. The place was EXTREMELY clean and well lit, and they had a GREAT selection if what I needed. I ended up trying something new with good guidance to what i particularly like.
Editing to add: I have now been a customer for several months. And service is always great! Today I bought a defective device which I noticed as soon as I opened it and tried it out. I called and explained the situation and they told me to come back to the store. I came back and they made it right, and when I briefly explained the issue, they KNEW exactly what I was talking about as well. They also let me open the new device and try it in front of the cashier to make sure the replacement was okay and working properly before I went all the way home again! And the defective device has NOTHING to do with this shop. They only buy and distribute and give customer service and advice, so the defective device was NOT their fault at all. So for them to make it right is so nice of them!

This is by FAR the best vape shop within a 50 mile radius. Jabari (the owner) and his employee are the best, and their selection is unmatched. Plus, if you’re a regular they are more than happy to work with you on prices. I feel like I’m going to meet a friend not walking into a store. 5/5 will recommend to everyone.

Is the best and is family friendly. He knows what you need because he has good memory. Is very helpful and understanding so I can have a full conversation without feeling like he is cheating me out my money basically I feel comfortable to come in and say what I want and need and he goes for it and let's me know about discounts and more. And always keeps everyone smiling and happy when they walk in. And it's just him from 9 am to 11pm everyday and still stay positive now that is a professional I want to thank him for everything he has done for me and other's.
