I recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile, and I couldn't be happier with the outstanding customer service I received from Austin and Kimberly. They were welcoming and Austin was even funny, just not as funny as someone from Delaware.
Austin and Kimberly took the time to explain the entire process of switching carriers, making sure I understood what was going to happen every step of the way. They patiently answered all my questions and provided me with all the information I needed.
When a few unexpected issues cropped up during the transition, they were quick to address and resolve them, going above and beyond to ensure that my experience was as smooth as possible. Kimberly knew exactly what to do when the transition from carriers did not go as planned and was juggling several different customers, speaking different languages and fulfilling all of our needs.
In the end, my switch from AT&T to T-Mobile was made significantly easier and more pleasant thanks to Austin and Kimberly. Thank you two for making the process so seamless and for your outstanding customer service!

She was not only prompt and efficient in addressing my inquiries but also was able to help me navigate through my new device with so much patiences! Brendan was very helpful. We worked out several situations with professionalism and knowledge of the best and cheapest way to accomplish my requests. Don't be in a hurry. They only had several employees, and you will need to wait your turn.

I don’t know how to start or what to say about this location. Everyone is so humble and helpful and VERY FRIENDLY . I faced tons of issues porting my number from att to tmobile. They all helped me out fix the issue ( took us about hour and half ). I ended up buying 3 iPhone 15 pro 512gb for my mother and father as well. They even saved us tons of money by changing us to diff plan. We left Tmobile from ashburn because they got the worst customer service ever and we came Tmobile in Leesburg. I would recommend this location Because they got manners and make you feel like you are at home

Matty was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. He and Brendan stayed an hour past their time to help me on SuperBowl night. They were very knowledgeable and helped me make an informed decision. Thank you Guys!

Very helpful and friendly staff.

My phone sim had been having connection issues for going on the past 2 weeks, which disabled me from being able to make phone calls or send text messages. This stressed me out a bit. However I was able to get immediate help and assistance by Brendon whom was kind enough to trouble shoot my phone and help resolve my phone issue. Now I am able to make phone calls and send iMessages again.

Austin is the best! Somebody tell his boss he needs a raise! All my problems resolved and saved money on my bill.

Outstanding service by Samuel. My sister and I are new subscribers to TM. After visiting another location and being told they didn’t know what was wrong with our phones, we decided to visit this location before going back to our previous carrier. One rep greeted us as soon as we walked in, he was with another customer, and within minutes Samuel came over to help. He listened to our long list of complaints, asked several questions and in a very short period of time had diagnosed the problem, fixed it and we were on our way. We were delighted. This location is not close to our home but we will consider it our store of choice. Thanks so much Samuel and the Leesburg T-Mobile team.

As far as cellphone stores go, this one is great. As always, plan on some extra time. we have been here several times to get phones- this time for an Apple Watch. We have been using T-Mobile for many years always happy with the service, never had any problems at all. Harjot Dhillon was very friendly and professional, as well as very helpful he put us on the right plan, even told us we were paying more than we should, he m thankful this store has vigilante employees. Compared to some other stores I've been into, they are very knowledgeable. If you are a T-Mobile customer, I recommend going to the store.

The staff at this T-Mobile is outstanding. I specifically had Austin and Brendon as my customer service reps. Not only were they patient, professional and extremely friendly they went out their way to get me the best deals available. They greeted every customer who came in the door and in spite of some very unpleasant customers they remained professional, helpful and apologized for any perceived inconvenience. I was in customer service with a government for 30 years and I know how taxing it is to be disrespected and treated poorly. We are all in a rush and want things our way right away. It doesn’t work that way all the time.
For the negative reviewers: A little patience and kindness would go a long way when expecting something from someone else. Life happens, sometimes employees are still learning and YES someone was there before you and expects the same good service.

We had very great experiences great services above and beyond with Brandon very helpful with my husband new iPad 14 pro Max. We came on Wednesday nobody in the knew how to transfer Samsung Galaxy apps to the new iPhone 14 pro Max. Came back on Saturday morning Brandon was the only person who knew how to do his job

Had a issue with the service I had gotten from T Mobile and sadly had to return the phones I received because of service issues in the area I was moving to. The service person I spoke with went out of his way and was able to receive the phones and helped me cancel the service and at the same time helped to restore service to my older phones.

I rarely leave reviews, but my customer service experience today with Brandon at Leesburg was beyond exceptional, and he had to be commended. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding my mobile phone and was able to resolve my issues very quickly as well as impart tips that would be additionally helpful in my phone usage. But it was his extraordinary demeanor that was above and beyond - he was friendly, patient, courteous, and professional, and he really stood out as far as customer service experiences as of late. My customer experience provided by Brandon gave me an overall positive view of T-Mobile as well.
