We have used JK Moving two times over the years Their quotes were very accurate in both instances. Our December 2023 recent move was long distance and involved several JK moving crews who were all well trained Their customer service was outstanding. They took excellent care of our furniture and goods. In particular, we had my wife’s original irreplaceable, paintings, as well as a valuable artist, hand painted cabinet purchased years ago.
Our JK Moving team expertly prepared these items for shipment, transported them, and delivered them on time. The moving crew arrived on time and maintained the delivery schedule They were professional and answered every question we had Everything arrived on time without any damage.
Lastly, the JK team kept us fully informed every step of the way by telephone and text.

We recently moved from Orlando, FL to Philadelphia, PA and JK Moving Services helped make it an easy and seamless move. Al Bowman was our driver from start to finish. He was courteous, professional, and so helpful. He had the opportunity to switch with another driver but wanted to stay with our load from beginning to end (which we really appreciated because he put our bed back together). My wife and I moved last Friday, and JK Moving completed the move for us. We selected JK because of their stellar reputation, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. It was truly one of the best experiences we’ve had with a service provider. Mario and his team showed up on time, and they immediately put us at ease with their level of professionalism. They were enthusiastic, and positive throughout the entire move, without a hint of complaint. They took great care to protect our belongings and our home, and repeatedly checked with me throughout the move to make sure all expectations were being met. We hired JK Moving not only because of the positive ratings but also because they do so much for the community we live in. We always try to support local businesses that give back. Our main concern was moving three jukeboxes that my husband had restored to working condition. Everything else was replaceable but exterior parts for these jukeboxes are hard to find. The movers took much care in bubble wrapping all three to avoid any damage. They then had to get the jukeboxes up a narrow set of outside basement stairs and into the truck. They were slow and careful. Once in the new house and unwrapped, they were in the same pristine condition as when they left the old house. We couldn't be more pleased!

Wow! Where do I even begin… JK moving was beyond professional and helpful during our move! We had to move on quick notice while I was 24 weeks pregnant, with a toddler, and 13 hours away. The move would have been so stressful without JK MOVING! We had Tony and crew move us! They were all incredible! Nothing was damaged, everything was packed up and organized perfectly! I have used other moving companies in the past and this one was truly the best!

This was the most wonderful moving experience I have ever had, both in terms of packing and delivering/unloading. Each team was very professional, thorough, and efficient - arriving on time, and completing tasks in record time. The movers were absolutely amazing! They delivered to my 4-story condo, and climbed the stairs with furniture and boxes strapped to their backs like sherpa; I've never seen anything like it!

We made a move from VA to San Diego a couple of months ago and hired JK moving
Services. Overall, we received excellent service from start to finish and the staff were professional and available as needed throughout the entire process. The driver Rick and his crew did a good job of loading our goods and made great timing in transport time and arrived as promised a few days after we made it to SD. Other than a couple of minor issues with our furniture, everything arrived in good condition. The whole experience was quite smooth and stress free thanks to them!The only negative comments I would like to make is that there was some delayed responses to emails from our move coordinator Marianna before our move day and an unwillingness of the crew to rearrange a couple of items after unloading was completed. I would recommend JK Moving to my family & friends.

We used JK moving services for our move from NY to NM. We were very impressed by everyone involved in the process. John did a great job in giving us an accurate estimate. Sol was wonderful in coordinating the details of our move. Randall and his crew were amazing in handling the move itself. We had moved a few times in the last four years. Pirouz did an amazing job! I moved from south florida all the way up to Michigan and he moved me quickly and hassle free. It took all the pressure and work out of the move. The team preparing our goods for removal from our previous home and the team delivering our goods to our new home (after they were in storage for 4 months) were both very experienced and professional. The original team were very careful in packing our goods so that they arrived in good condition.

Had a great experience with JK Moving. From start to end they were professional, available, communicative, thorough, and handled this move with care. We wouldn’t thank our offloading/storage/loading team more they were wonderful in keeping our items safe and in the same condition. Would recommend them to others.

My wife and I decided to move from our four bedroom home and into a retirement home. We chose JK Moving. They made the process very easy. Before the day they did a video call to review what was moving. They showed up and did a very careful boxing or the items we were taking. The next day the movers showed up and we made two stops. One to a storage unit and the second to our new place. The packers were very efficient and friendly. They took very good care. The movers were very friendly and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them if you need their services.

They moved us twice within 5 weeks. First was a move from a 4 bedroom home to an efficiency and some things to storage. They showed up, packed everything immaculately and delivered it all to the new location. Ontime and do pleasant to work with. Both the packing crew and the moving crew were top notch. The back office support group was awesome every step of the way.
The second move 5 weeks later moved us from the efficiency to a one bedroom in the same facility. Again, they did a fantastic job. If you need moving. I highly recommend JK Moving!

[update on 12/13/22]
I stand by my review about the move; but this update is about the claim process. A couple of items arrived broken and one items was broken during the reassembly. I am ok with the broken glass items as I signed a waiver; however for the dresser leg that was damaged during the reassembly, the reason was that they did not do it right. JK did not compensate me saying that the type of wood (compressed) breaks a part when it is disassembled and reassembled. The whole shipment was insured for the total value and I was never warned about this; otherwise I would have asked them not to take the legs apart especially they are short legs (like feet). I was not compensated for this damage.

My move experience out of state was very smooth. Rob did a virtual walk through of the items over the phone and marked everything. He was clear about everything and there were things that he told me will be expensive to put in a crate (like glass tables). So he made suggestion how to pack them myself. He really helped cut the cost down by trying different scenarios. The weight was very accurate. He was available to answer any questions quickly. The driver (Jonathon) was sharp on time on pick up day and he protected the house before loading anything. The driver was very professional and went over the inventory before loading. I did my own packing but they helped wrap and pack things that were not easy to pack.
The items were delivered in one week (my delivery window was 10 days). One of the things that I was quoted for was a shuttle service because they were not sure the trailer can get into the subdivision. But the driver came by earlier and managed to maneuver the trailer and brought it in with out having to move the stuff into a shuttle (this was over $1000 in saving that I am supposed to be credited back). Also after they weighed the shipment the weight turned out lower than the quote, which lowered the cost. A couple of items arrived broken but I am going to file a claim and see what happens. Overall I was very satisfied with the service from the start to finish. JK might be more expensive but the experience is very good and they are very very professional. I would use them again.
