The UPS Store

This is my go to UPS store for shipping and printing. Steven and the rest of the staff are always helpful!

Steven did a great job of helping me find the most cost-effective way to return throw pillows. Through his magic, we were able to cut my shipping price to half what the U.S. Postal Service was going to charge me.

Went with my 3 and 1 year old for passport pictures. Steven was super helpful and patient while my 3 year old wasn’t listening. He was sweet and speedy, was able to get a good picture, really grateful for his help and service! I have also been here several times to return items and I’m in and out in no time!

Great store great staff. I had a horrible experience at the UPS store down the street. I came to this location and they were great. I will only be using this store from now on.

I needed to print and laminate some docs and the manager and the staff were very profesional and got everything ready for me quick! Will definitely use them again!

Just went in here this afternoon, first time visiting this one, and it was such a pleasant experience. With everyone wearing masks, and being stressed out, the employees were so friendly and helpful. Two female staff members in there and I wish I'd gotten the name of the one who helped me. She was super friendly, made me smile, made conversation, and put the effort into taping my label on my box better, generally making me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely go back to this one again if I need to use UPS services.

This store is fantastic. The staff here, especially Annie and RC, are always on top of things and is extremely helpful! They can do anything from PO boxes to printing to shipping, including supplies!
Also, I have seen several reviews claiming that UPS charges too much, but that's not the case--you get much better quality with UPS than with the post office. UPS is incredibly reliable and always quickly resolves any questions or issues. Definitely better than the alternatives like the USPS!

Absolutely wonderful customer service and shipping options. We are loyal customers and appreciate how much more reliable UPS and this store in particular are, especially compared to USPS and our local post office. We always receive great service here and would not take our business anywhere else. The local team at this store is amazing, and we are very happy to work with them for all our personal and business needs! Highly recommend them on all fronts.

I have always used this store and they are fantastic. Today the manager went above and beyond to help me update the address on a package. It was going to the wrong addressee (my fault for not double checking) and she promptly located the package that was already on a truck and sorted out getting the right info on it. I was super impressed with the customer service, especially after calling the corporate UPS number and being told they couldn’t help me. I will continue to use this store for all of our shipping and packing needs!
