We had a specific idea of our ideal sofa. We went to several stores - we always left not really satisfied with what we found or with the customer service we encountered. This was not the case with Belfort. We were greeted upon entry. We were asked what brought us in and if we needed any assistance with the search or the layout of the store. We found exactly what we wanted. The sales staff was great. The delivery quick and professional. We will be back as we need more furniture and accessories

High quality products and excellent customer service. The staff was awesome and struck a great balance between helpful and giving us space. They didn’t flock toward us as soon as we entered and didn’t follow us around while we were shopping. We never felt any pressure either, and Yogi was great at answering our questions. Definitely a good experience compared to so many of the other furniture stores out there.

We recently lost our house to a fire and had the daunting task of replacing all of our furniture. When we initially visited Belfort Furniture we were overwhelmed with all of the choices for so many rooms but Gil suggested we work with a designer. We met with Toni Salazar who was nothing short of amazing. We provided her room dimensions and a brief description of our tastes and she met with us two weeks later with a presentation. Our tastes tend to be more traditional but Toni coaxed us out of our comfort zone and offered some wonderful suggestions that really worked for us. She helped us with color choices and even provided some feedback on paint selections that brought the rooms together. The furniture delivered was staged by Belfort's professional delivery staff who were very accomodating and careful during the move process. The customer pickup location is staffed by wonderful customer service professionals who helped us load the few additional pieces we picked up. Toni followed up with a visit to ensure everything was staged correctly and we were happy with the final product. In the end we have a stunning home with beautiful, comfortable and thoughtfully chosen furniture. Toni is amazing and Belfort was the right choice for us! We have been Belfort customers for over 20 years and will continue to be for many more. We highly recommend them!

How would my husband and I describe our decision to embrace the ideas of Belfort’s designer, Toni Salazar? Well, in our 30+ years together, it was one of our best decisions. We entered the Belfort showroom intending to update the rooms on our main floor. Within a short time, we were overwhelmed with the many decisions needed to coordinate and update multiple rooms. Thankfully, Toni soon approached and assured us she could help us meet our goals. With hope restored, we explained the task and then answered questions about our preferred styles and colors and how we use each room. Toni heard our desires and skillfully connected thoughts and ideas to improve design choices in ways we hadn’t considered. She provided options for each room, some within our comfort zone and others that pushed us slightly beyond. Ultimately, we fell in love with every opportunity beyond our comfort zone and are pleased with every decision. Toni has extensive experience and talent, enabling her to incorporate style and functionality in her designs to maximize aesthetics and usability for the client. We love Toni’s designs and look forward to continuing updates to other areas of our home, relying on her unique skills and abilities.

Best experience with purchasing my furniture ever. Yogi went the extra mile to have my couch delivered to my house the next day. He was aware that I was having surgery on my knee and he knew I needed the couch. Needless to say my next purchase will be from Belfort Furniture. The delivery men were in a class by themselves they covered everything, explained how delivery was going to take place and made sure I was satisfied with everything. Great service all the way.

I will be a customer for life! I ordered a bedroom set and from start to finish it was a smooth process. The price was very reasonable and the furniture I wanted was in stock. The prices are clearly listed in the showroom - no gimmicks like Ashley where it’s marked up and then on fake sale. Gil was a true professional, it was clear he knew the business inside and out. He even came in on his day off to process my order.

I was visiting my sister who just bought furniture there and I saw a sofa that I’ve been looking for. Gil was helping me figuring out shipping etc. I went back home to PA and was emailing Gil about ordering it then picking it up myself. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and promptly answered all my emails. I can’t wait to get my sofa!!

My parents needed a bunkie board for their new mattress. Local mattress shops didn't have any for same day pick-up but Belfort did. Yogi answered the phone, provided the price, verified inventory, and had it ready for viewing when I got to the store. He went above and beyond, making sure we got the best deal. He even helped load into our SUV! Excellent customer service with a personal touch!

I had the most exceptional shopping experience at Belfort Furniture, and it's all thanks to the amazing sales associate, Yogi. To put it simply, Yogi's assistance was beyond outstanding; it was genuinely the best sales experience I've ever had, and I'm not exaggerating one bit.

Yogi's kindness and understanding made the entire process an absolute pleasure. So many furniture options for your home are here! Huge tall building with 2 floors (lower and upper floors), at least 2 doors for customers to enter or exit the store and loading dock side for trucks to pickup or drop off furniture etc... Personnel see you and greet you when you come inside the main door entrance. Cochi was very nice and friendly, answered all of our questions, showed us plenty of different couch sofa options, helped us decide to put deposit down on the couch sofa that we are planning to purchase and delivered to our home later on. 0% interest free financing for one year is available.

We are so glad we went to Belfort! Brandon was wonderfully helpful and thoughtful. He listened to what we liked and made very helpful recommendations. He had the perfect sense of when to step in with suggestions, and when to step back and let us discuss between ourselves. When we came to a decision, he made the purchase run very smoothly and explained all the options to us. Hurrah! What a great experience.

We want to give a shout out to Brandon Freeman who helped us with purchasing a few furniture items! He is patient, attentive, and professional while helping us, waiting while we test out different items, and is there when you need his help. He answered the questions I had. We furnished our house 6 years ago with Belfort and I did not remember if we had purchased the Guardsman Protectiom plan/their furniture insurance plan. He was able to check into it for us and discovered this from their meeting..and listen to this->since we did not file claim within 5 years to the Guardsmam Protection plan, we get a lot of store credit equivalent to how much we paid for the insurance!! So we use the store credit to pick out this nice quality couch for our basement basically for FREE (paid for the taxes and white gloves setup and delivery fee)!!! Fits our basement like a glove!! Our boys love it since they play in the basement a lot with their toys and video games. The delivery came so fast and the delivery guys were nice too. We even got a thank you card from Brandon. We want to thank you back! 5 stars! 🌟

Great veriety of options, Gil Colwell, our sales person, was extraordinary very patience, professional, and dedicated. Gil has a very good taste and gave us recomendations on how combine our furniture. Kudos for Gil. The place is big and you can find there anything you need basically you do not need to go other place.
