Great experience today at this location. Had a real struggle at staples getting something printed and eventually just gave up. At this office depot location it didn't even take 5 minutes. I wish I had asked his name but I was helped by a young gentleman with long hair. He was polite, fast, and helpful. Really appreciated the service and am happy with the product!

The finest service I have recieved In many years. Every one entering was acknowledged as they came in. I was personally guided toward what I needed. Simply cannot say enough about the staff at the Leesburg location. I live 30 minutes away and will happily go out of my way to use this location!

The Leesburg store did a great job with multiple signs I had printed for my daughters wedding. Great customer service. The Sterling store should have a training session with the Leesburg store. As their customer service was horrible. Unfortunately the Sterling store has no understanding that brick and mortar stores are barely holding on. And I quote “next time learn how to send your signs online. You don’t even have to come in here.” So all the other things I needed to buy were not purchased. And I will never walk in there again. The drive to Leesburg is more than worth it.

I had an amazing experience at the Leesburg store working with Kevin and JP at the print area. Customer service, personality and an overall above and beyond mentality. BIG shout out for all their help, this is now my go to store 100%. Great people, great service with a great smile.

Absolutely the best and very professional staff members in the small business help/ printing dept at the Market St Leesburg location. Kevin is a star and was incredibly helpful. He was already busy helping 3 other customers when he simultaneously added my tasks to his work load and got me set up with some last minute business cards I desperately needed. Kevin's attitude and customer service is an example of excellence, and should be used as the measure of all Office Depot staff !!

I ordered on line and picked up at the store. Easy and quick. My printer was ready for pick up at the front of the store. The employee offered to put the large box in my car .. how is that for great service. Thank you Office Depot Leesburg!

If you need to have anything printed, Leesburg Office Depot is the place to go! Jonathan went above and beyond in helping me with my print order. I have never received that level of customer service anywhere else - ever!! If you want to have an excellent experience with print services, go to the Leesburg store and ask for Jonathan. He is the best!

I came in with a good-sized task, and time was tight because the store was closing in about 15 minutes. Kevin was incredibly helpful, he made me a priority, allowing me to complete my task, on time, and with FAR better results than me doing it on my own.

In the past, I have always used Staples for all of my office supplies and copy needs, due to Kevin and his kind, responsive, and high-quality assistance, I am now a committed Office Depot customer.

Stopped by Office Depot Saturday afternoon in need of a new office chair with floor mat. I found the exact chair and mat needed, also the cashiers were very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and even offered us a discount.

The only things I've bought here have been over at the print/copy area. I have sent in 2 large printing/laminating orders and both were done phenomenally. The manager in the area (man with a full beard and glasses) was extremely helpful and made sure they were done with care. Once finished he didn't just throw them in one spot, everything was organized and looked fabulous. Will continue to come here for business.

I need printing done almost weekly for projects around the country. Used to get it done wherever the project was. I've discovered the best place to have my printing done is right here in Leesburg. The mgr is very knowledgeable, creative and friendly. He makes me feel like this is my home store. I will continue to bring all my printing here.

Was competently helped ordering a poster when service desk was swamped with customers. Clerk from another area got my art.and specs and completed the order and result was beautiful.

The gentleman who assisted me with getting my printer packed and shipped back to the manufacturer was very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. It was near the end of his shift, but he took his time and assisted me and I am grateful for the care he took in assisting me.
