Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles North Loudoun

Stayed for a night on a working day. The hotel lobby was welcoming and modern. The rooms were quiet and updated. I liked the clean interiors and bedding. The hotel is near quite a bit of restaurants which were open till 9.30 in the night. Great breakfast as with other Embassy suites and the service was good. Dulles was just 15 minutes away at 7.00 AM in the morning. Overall, I liked the hotel and would stay there again.

Clean, serviceable, with a large restaurant. The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located for business travelers. The parking lot is large with extra parking behind and on the side of the building. My room had a separate living space from the bedroom which made working from the hotel much easier. There was a desk and office chair and several plugs. A small kitchen sink and fridge were also in the front room.

I did not see any restaurants nearby but the hotel restaurant had enough variety that it didn't matter.

We stayed 3 nights, and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were newly renovated, and the hotel was clean and enjoyable. I would recommend this Embassy Suites.

The breakfast omelet bar was also expansive and delicious.

Very nice hotel for a relaxing weekend getaway for our family. Staff was warm and personable and responded quickly to my request for additional towels, and the rooms were clean and welcoming. Cooked to order omelets made the start of the day fantastic.

Clean and spacious room, plenty choices of breakfast impressed me. Especially the breakfast team, they made an improvement on orange juice delivery the next day I inquired where the orange juice was.

Everything was perfect the breakfast was top shelf. I'll stay here anytime the staff was number one

This absolutely met our needs for myself and our family while we attended a family memorial service. They didn't know what we were there for and everyone was caring and compassion as te. Just an all-around great stay. However, you need to fix the Peleton. Still 5 stars...until the next time we stay there.

The rooms clean, the staff welcoming, constant attention to cleaning the common areas like the work out room, pool and lobby, ice machines on every floor, delicious free breakfast everyorming with eggs or omelets to order.

Wonderful experience, room staff and location were great. Large seating area to relax.

I enjoyed my stay the hotel is cleaner then I expected! I also enjoyed the fast free Internet and complementary free breakfast in the mornings! All the staff I engaged with seemed nice and polite in particular Saad very amicable individual! He even recommended a few places around town to eat for dinner.

Very clean and spacious. Loved the addl "free" amenities. Delicious breakfast, cocktail hour, etc. We were very happy with our stay. Definitely will be staying again.

We recently stayed at Embassy Suites in Dulles North Loudoun and were shocked by how pleased we were.

We expected renovations (the email prior to arrival warned us of them and gave us the option to switch to the connecting hotel,) but instead we were met with beautifully renovated rooms and an almost completed lobby that looks like it was pulled from a design magazine. It's absolutely gorgeous.

We stayed here with two small children and took them to the daily breakfast, complimentary reception, as well as the pool. They enjoyed each but what made our stay even more special were the friendly and kind hotel staff.

Everyone said hello to my children, gave them high fives, and asked them about their day. Despite their inability to stay still (1 and 3 years old) the staff never seemed to mind their company.

I feel the need to point out one staff member in particular. Serrah, the office manager went above and beyond to interact with my family. Every morning she greeted us at breakfast, said hi, and asked about our plans for the day. Our shy 3 year old son grew so comfortable with her that he even hugged her one afternoon! Serrah's interactions with our children were a wonderful distraction from our typically chaotic parenting days.

Our on day of departure Serrah understood the need for our 1 year old to have a nap and gave us a late check out. She also gifted my children two books that my daughter still keeps in the car to read daily. Serrah was our favorite staff member that we looked forward to seeing in the common areas of Embassy Suites. I highly recommend anyone visiting to say hello to her.

We will definitely be returning soon. Despite being in Dulles for work, Embassy suites felt like a home away from home with the most friendly inviting faces we could have asked for.

I’ve been a bartender here all summer and it is the best work environment I’ve experienced. My boss and the staff I work with are the definition of hardworking but also kind. The guests are mostly great kinds of people who just want a clean, pleasant, and fun atmosphere to come home to as they’re traveling. The Embassy Suites at this location does that. Highly recommend.

Breakfast is awesome! They have a happy hour from 6-7 that includes 2 free drinks and some snacks. Room was nice and quiet. I would stay again.

Great reception staff. Attentive to our needs during the entire stay.
Some noise issues on Saturday night, but nothing horrible.
Pool a bit chilly, but it is December. Hot tub niiiice.

Great service—the staff is outstanding, especially Ms Sunek (sp?—front desk person). The remodel is just about completed although breakfast is still down the hall at the Homewood Suites. Rooms are nice and clean.

This hotel is great! It looks nice and cozy. The lobby is impressive. The room size is better than other hotels, and there is a wide variety of options for breakfast. Visited with a decently sized family and there didn't seem to be any problems. Would recommend!
