Tidal Creek Co-op

A great experience shopping inside the co-op and out doors at the farmers market. Organic local, sour kraut, kimchi, mushrooms, micro greens and much more. They have a very good hot and cold whole foods bar inside and the best quality raw foods and vegetables outside on Saturdays.

Attended the Wilmington Farmer's Market today and it was nice. I ran into a previous co-worker, Computer Joe who was selling mushrooms. Mushrooms are actually the reason that I visited the market and I didn't realize he was the vendor! Looking forward to being a regular customer. Planning to cook my Lion's Mane mushrooms this weekend. Friendly people and local vendors.

This is the best natural/health foods store in town! They have a fantastic selection (especially for people with dietary restrictions), awesome staff, the dessert+salad+hot food area always has great options. Their coconut milk latte with honey and cinnamon is my favorite to order at their in store cafe. I enjoy every visit!

I love shopping at Tidal Creek. You can buy in bulk local honey, almond butter, peanut butter, soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil, and all the essentials to create your own bath products. The smoothie/Juice bar/ cafe has a wide variety of healthy snack or meal choices. I tried the “bloat away” juice which had a shot of CBD in it. Although the taste was less than to be desired after only an hour later I was feeling much better. The selection, prices and service are all excellent. Make sure to check out the local farmer’s market. You won’t regret it.

Love this place! Excellent hot bar with choice delectable vegan options daily. You can sit inside or outside. They have a variety of products that you won't find anywhere else, including incense, oils, loose spices, tinctures, teas, supplements. They have a "Fresh Pure Water" R.O. machine where you can fill your bottles for .45 a gallon & they have good prices on a selection of water bottles. Inventory is always fresh where it counts. I'm a thrifty shopper & I do research, & they actually do have great prices. The staff is like family. This place may be small, but it is mighty. Cheers!

Absolutely love the Farmers Market here.
A bit of a drive, as we're located in Jacksonville but worth it!
Reminds me of my old local market in Asheville.
Lots of produce and a few meat stalls here.

They also offer tokens for those on SNAP/EBT as part of the NC initiative to help people and their families eat healthier.

Great selection of foods and coffees for all types of lifestyle eating. Priced competitively to other fresh stores in Wilmington. The fresh deli and coffee bar are great! They also host goat yoga here from a local farm, which was delightful!

I have breakfast here every Saturday morning after shopping at the excellent farmers market there.

Very nice coop with a good selection and plenty of gluten free options. I love that they have a waste free bulk section.

Meant to review here but yeah. Everyone should go here. Salad bar was awesome. Hot bar was awesome. And I can't remember who told me to buy those coconut with vanilla crisp/cookie things but yeah, they barely lasted a day. Absolutely must shop here whether a resident or a visitor.

Friendly staff and I have never seen such a variety of vegan/gluten free foods! Especially ready to eat ones! They have a lot of locally sourced produce honey etc from nearby farmers :) you've got to check it out if you're in Wilmington!

Wholesome food and a sandwich bar make this a good place to grab a bite, as well as groceries

I'm guessing it is a great place to shop for food if you live very near by and do not want to go to Whole foods. It is very small, I mean very small. Has a hippie vibe, which I liked a lot, but was not impressed enough. Nothing caught my eye that I could not buy elsewhere, and the produce was very shabby. Parking was a bit scant as well.

They have the most amazing breakfast bar, with luscious scrambled eggs and fresh bacon and sausage. Plus their weekend farmers market is the best in town! And don't forget their coffee and smoothie bar for all of your made to order favorites.

So glad I finally ventured in here after yoga. This place was exactly what I needed while on vacation. Love their smoothies and wheatgrass! The ladies at the juice bar are awesome! Prices were extremely affordable as well. Well be returning here next vacay for sure! When I move out there I'll be buying ownership. GREAT VIBES!

I love Tidal-Creek co-op for so many reasons. They have a TON of vegan options to shop and their breakfast bar is always great. The cafe offers a wide variety of coffees, teas, and smoothies. The staff is friendly and helpful and the membership is well worth it.

The lattes and chai in the cafe are CHEAP! Even with dairy alternatives like almond milk. I love everything about this store. It feels pricey at first but you have to know how to shop here. I wouldn’t buy all my fruits and veggies here because they are expensive for me but they have canned and jar foods for an affordable price and the Jackfruit meat substitutes in the freezer section are just $5.99 which is very great and surprisingly tasty!! I highly recommend this store for bulk shopping too!

Loved the hot bar, fresh smoothies and pre-made in house sandwiches. Anyplace that has chickpea tuna is forever in my heart. Nice staff too. Thank you!
