The store is clean, organized, etc. as any store should be. But I wanted to write this review to give recognition to a specific employee: Maria. Maria was an absolute angel. She was so kind and helpful. She offered to hold a pair of shoes for me until tomorrow (because I forgot my card) but I realized I had enough cash so I ended up purchasing anyways. She helped me set up an account and get a birthday discount. Maria is the best employee I’ve ever encountered while shopping at DSW.

Great place for deals on designer shoes, loafers and flip flops! I'm a men's 13 so shoe shopping can be tricky, but DSW always had plenty in stock in my size.
Additionally, they recycle old shoes for donations to global organizations!

I had to exchange a pair of heels to a bigger size and they were very understanding. I explained what was going on, and they even helped me find the right inserts to put in my heels for arch comfort. Super friendly.

MARIA IS THE SWEETEST!! I was having so much trouble finding boots and she went out of her way to find me the PERFECT boots and made me aware of deals that helped me a lot in the end. Such a star worker and deserves a lot of recognition!!!
