Thank you very much to the lady and gentleman working at the front around 6pm on November 1, 2023 for being so friendly and helpful. Sorry for not catching your names. Plus... much deserved praise to Derrick, the kind young man that gracefully and patiently took his time to answer my (admittedly incredibly stupid) question about a particular brand of non-alcoholic beer... and then went the extra mile to give me some friendly health advice as I was walking away. What a good dude.
No matter what ya'll are being paid, you deserve a raise.

Did an online order the morning of Thanksgiving. Got notification that it was ready for pickup 10 minutes after opening. Amazing!

Also the curbside pickup fast and the person that brought it out was super helpful.

People were really nice! Was more than happy to educate me on things I had plenty of questions on. They have a nice cigar selection as well!

They literally have something for everyone! On a budget? No problem, Have money to spend? Great! Don't know anything? They have great staff. Know a lot, they have a lot.

I am generally a beer shopper here and love their selection of local, domestic, and foreign craft beers. Obviously, they also have a great wine selection. In Virginia, they do not carry spirits or any other higher octane beverages.

They have everything, even gluten free beer!

Yeah, okay, 5 stars here since I've never said anything bad about this location, even under my breath ;) Staff is very helpful, even cashiers are happy. I love the cigar selection and prices are decent. Tons of wines and beers, of course...and lots, I mean lots of locally crafter beverages. Solid shop.

Just when I dispaired of getting help in choosing a sparkling wine for a celebration, help arrived. A store employee who was NOT manning a register offered me an alternative to the pricey bottle I'd chosen, a more flavorful choice at half the price. So I bought 2 bottles for approximately the same price I had budgeted.

Great wine selection! It was worth the 45 minute drive from where we live. The associates were very helpful in assisting us with everything we needed to find.

Good prices, good selection. I've noticed this place tends to compete in price with Costco prices, so even for the more common beer and wine they have great prices. Their selection is the best in the area for special release stuff from all over the country and world, they definitely try to keep a good rotation of various beers and wines in stock.

Went here with my daughter to get some wine we got there right before they closed. I believe the manger who's name is Costco he was a great help in finding us some nice wines. Would recommend going here great staff and very friendly

Just had a wedding this weekend and working with Total Wine in Leesburg made it so much easier. They were very easy to work with and gave us good advice to ensure could return any alcohol not used during the wedding for a refund. This allowed us to over order (just in case) without the risk of having too much left over. Employees were pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend them for large events.

I’ve always had good customer service here. Pricing is identical or better than other places and the employees are generally pretty knowledgeable. The beer and wine associates, in particular, really know their stuff and will gladly help you find what you’re looking for or make a good recommendation if you’re not sure of what you’re looking for.

Total Wine is my “go-to” for normal stuff as well as the seasonal or special release and harder to find products.

Great store. Staff are extremely friendly and help. Got to taste Egg Nog and get a six pack of shower beer. Thank you!
