Best team around. Always goes above and beyond. Smart friendly and patient...these guys have caught errors and helped smooth the process on several occasions over the years. So appreciative their outstanding service.

Rupy, at CVS in Target in Leesburg, is as good as it gets. Her professionalism and personal touch has never been exceeded — over several years. She is the vaccinator of choice, and recently gave my wife her vaccines with greatest sensitivity, given my wife’s health issues. I always look for Rupy’s help — and have never been disappointed. All my best to Rupy.

Understaffed and not up to date technology.

This CVS location needs more staff, extremely short staffed with super long waits. You schedule a Covid vaccine appointment online for a specific time and still have to wait an additional 30+ minutes before being helped or greeted. It’s honestly ridiculous……..

I always have issues with this pharmacy this is exactly why I am changing my pharmacy. I called in this morning the first person I spoke with was Raphael (so) and he sent me back to the prompts then transferred me to the wrong department. The second representative I spoke with was Andrea, she was very sweet and had to transfer me back over again. It’s an extremely long wait and through out the entire ordeal I was transferred over 3 times. Then the second to last person hung up on me. The last person I spoke with and this is how I know they knew who I was, because I didn’t give him my name or date of birth and he already had my information pulled up. So I’m so happy to be changing pharmacies.
