Fantastic experience in Home depot in Leesburg. I need help with my project and one employee his name was Stephan, has go to home and he stay with me around 2 hours and help me. Another guys which was great and helpful Tim, he cut the wood for me and Warren help with screws. Big thanks.

This is by far, the friendliest, most helpful, well organized Home Depot I've ever been in.

We placed our order online. The store messaged us when the order was ready. We used our QR code to open the locker. It was the easiest shopping trip ever!!! I highly recommend this process.

Purely rating Warren's paint matching ability 5/5. Brought a thumb sized piece of my wall to HD, did not get Warren, paint sample did not match at all. Came back the next day to try to match swatches to the wall chunk and Warren offered to color match. I showed him the difference between our wall and the previous color match. He worked his magic and it's an exact match. 100% only color matching with Warren. Thank you for saving us the trouble of painting our whole bathroom!

I normally have a pleasant experience at Home Depot but today, David from lumber section went above and beyond to help meet my needs. He helped me find the best type lumber for my project and took care of cutting it all for me. I left Home Depot today extremely satisfied and I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Normally I prefer going to the closest mom and pop hardware store. But this home depot makes me feels like am back at one. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Each time I’ve flown solo with my three little kids they’ve gone above and beyond to help me have a smooth checkout. And on top of all of that they have better selection and stock than any Home Depot near where I used to live in Fairfax.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Leesburg location. Always clean and neat. Please do not hire employees that try to do too much at one time, it's not working out. If you do not have enough people hire more if you can't educate customers to use the HD app and or do more online but please keep the store clean and neat like this. Not like hectic ones like Annandale one Sterling one etc.

I went in looking for some material to improve my deck- and Will Cox made my day. He was exceptionally nice and helpful, while making sure that I got everything that I needed. Will stop by again, he's the man!!

Surprised by the level of customer service we received at this home depot today. Normally I avoid asking for help but today we needed help getting this window blind trimmed down to size. This extremely helpful woman Amy, came to help, she cut the blind down to size. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different window treatments and helped us look up products they didn't currently have in store. Wonderful experience

I shop from this store frequently, they’re good in general, at customer service Mr. “Tim” is just wonderful, he goes above and beyond to help and assist customers. Very professional and polite. Thank you!

I frequent this Home Depot multiple times every month, primarily on weekdays. It's always clean and well stocked. They generally have what I need as well for household maintenance repairs.

The staff have always been friendly. If I've ever needed assistance I will ask for help, but normally I'm left to my own devices (which I prefer).

I was searching for a shelving unit. My mind took me back to one I use to own which was great and sturdy. It can hold a lot of weight. I was hoping to find one like it or close to it. I had gone to a couple of places. My niece joined me in the search and I discovered that the prices were the lowest at Home Depot. I headed to the Leesburg store straight away. Everyone was busy. That store was big and fully stocked. I asked for directions and proceeded to that section. I was grateful they had a riding chair. I looked carefully. Lo and behold, I saw the shelf I used to own. What I really liked, they had display models. I saw a gentleman/employee named Paul and I asked for assistance. He was very nice and happy to be of service. He was on his knees searching. Looking behind other boxes. Finally, he took out a hand held device to do a deeper search and found the 5 Shelf HDX Utility Storage Unit. Each shelf holds 350 lbs with a total weight capacity of 1,750 lbs. I wanted to purchase two. It involved getting the forklift operators into action. Paul was kind and directed me a safe place to wait. It was worth the wait. They secured the area and did their jobs.
Paul got a cart, put the items in, I followed him to the register, the cashier took care of me, and the outside attendant put them in my car. Thank you Paul and everyone at Home Depot who made it possible for me to have an over the top, above and beyond shopping experience. There was a LOT of hard work involved. I am a grateful and HAPPY customer to get one of the best shelves ever!
