O'Reilly Auto Parts

I have always gotten better parts and service and information from O'Reilly's then the other competing discount auto parts stores!

Most of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially for someone like me who couldn't afford a mechanic but was learning how to do a pretty big job off of YouTube and their help. Also, I have to say a huge thanks to all of the people that come to this particular o'reilly and shopping center. I can't tell you how many people stopped to lend a hand or answer a question or ask if I needed help with something.

I never write reviews and just got off the phone trying to get some snow chains for a trip. Clint was the most helpful worker I have ever dealt with on the phone. He went above and beyond to try and help me get some, including checking every option manually, not just what the computer said they had. He deserves a raise. Best customer support I have experienced. A refreshing experience.

Jesus is the Man! Super helpful and super friendly. I got a free tool rental to take home to replace my serpentine belt. He even allowed me to wash up with that orange stuff to get the grease off my hands. I'll only be coming here from now on for any auto parts. Thanks Jesus!

Excellent customer service. They helped me get the correct parts in hand for my 2014 Toyota Corolla. With their assistance I was able to fix my car, gain useful knowledge, and save money. Thanks!

What a great experience I had today. My brake light burned out and there I was. What to do? I went to O'Reilly on Lake Murray in La Mesa to buy a replacement bulb. I thought I would look on line to get instructions. BUT, thanks to another customer and the new worker who actually took the time to change my brake light, I was on my way! I have always been able to depend on O'Reilly but this was amazing.

Had a great experience at the Waring Road O'Reilly. A young man whose name escapes me sold and installed a new cabin air filter in our Lexus. Very polite and we were done in minutes!

Customer service was awesome wish I'd of gotten the guys name. He was great!! Sunday 10/22/17around 7:00 pm. Young guy dark hair.

Gave them a challenge cuz I have an older not common car, and they were able to find it, and get the part from back east. They were courteous and capable. Which is a hard thing to find today. Much appreciated!

They have plenty of parking the service is very very friendly and very professional you'll find anything you need for your vehicle they do make the deliveries on vehicle parts they will test electrical problems to your vehicle for free they will charge your battery for free ultimately they're one of the good ones I highly recommend them
