Our grandson's birthday is very soon, so we stopped by to stock up on stuff he wants. We had a nice time looking around and got some nice presents for him.

I'm glad a new Gamestop has (finally) opened up relatively near my area (since all the others closed down), but it's quite clear corporate is still just as clueless, disastrous, greedy, and out of touch with gamers and games. I feel for all the hard-working, poorly compensated employees... I've never had a bad experience with the people on the front lines. Love.

Came in right before someone was trading in game consoles. Waited 30 minutes standing in line…. There was only one person working. The woman was extremely slow and seemingly trying to take a very long time. I don’t recommend coming to this location.

The gentleman working was nice enough, but when you have a posted price in store for a controller i would expect it to be the advertised price. However, the price posted was not given because it was “expired” and “forgot to be taken down”. What I’ve understood in working retail is you honor the price posted. Simple as that.

Horrible spot even worse employee instead of helping guests the color haired bucket of mayo would rather inhale a vape until it dies then gives awkward looks while your browsing the only star I can give goes to the actual manager who somehow deals with this
