This store is impressively well-stocked and impeccably clean. Everything is thoughtfully organized, and they even have freshly prepared food available for a convenient grab-and-go experience

One of nicest Vons I've seen. They have 8 self-checkout kiosks. There's a pack and delivery crew near the entrance. The selections at this store are so many, lots in stock. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is big and easy access.

I have been shopping at this VONS for 10 years and it always has what I need. From healthy options to meal prep to meat selections. I have always found what I need here. The customer service at the check out is always top notch and I have seen them go thru some experiences where I am surprised to see them keep their cool.

I have always been a little more partial to this particularly Vons... It's always clean, neat and very orderly tidy... The STAFF at this store are very cool humans and they are always there for ya happily willing to assist/help with whatever a customer might need...

The entire staff as a whole are all very Courteous, Friendly, and Professional mixed in with a little bit of a personal touch and a personal interest into each person/customer that they may come in contact with throughout any given day....👍🏼🤙👍🏼🤙

It was eleven o'clock when I first arrived here and I overheard several arguments. While watching the entire dispute, I was giggling hysterically. One guy claimed to need pooping medicines, and another claimed to be meeting a 13-year-old youngster who was carrying drugs and other items. I noticed a blue automobile crushed into a curb with plants as I was leaving. The screaming continued. The driver of the automobile emerged, attempted to enter the business again, but was tackled and began yelling. The man on camera was saying some pretty hilarious things. When the police arrived and handcuffed the man who required pooping pills, my first encounter here came to an end.

This is probably the best stocked Vons anywhere around. It's a huge one, and they have great deals strictly for that location. Employees are always nice and helpful; my only complaint is the restroom situation. There are on 2, and both require an employee to unlock, plus it was really dirty, paper everywhere, trash can was overflowing.

I use the drive up and go option. I wish people not using drive up and go parking places would not use those parking spots. I cannot stand for long periods of time. I'm disabled. It's rude to use those spaces as your parking spot and then walk into the store. Some of us aren't able to grocery shop like most of the population. Quit making things more difficult for those who have it harder than you.

This specific store has it together!! Very clean, organized, and friendly staff.

The only recommendation I could provide is not putting holiday table of trinkets near the entrance waking into and out of the store. This causes an annoying bottle neck. Just take a look at it and relocate tables to a different location in the store.

Also, amazing job to the deli staff!!! Very respectfully, kind, and courteous. My only regret is I didn’t get his name because I would have praised him on this site.

Very neat, organized and well stocked. I found everything I needed and more. Great prices on Easter items too! Very friendly checker and bagger. One of my favorite locations to shop at.

Von's and Safeway are a great grocery store. I just have one small issue. Every month I accumulate rewards points and at the end of the month I redeem them for cash off my grocery bill. Every single month I'm calling the customer service number and have to get them to put the points back on my card. It's very easy for them to give you the points, but very difficult to use your rewards points you accumulated and redeemed. Just make sure that when you redeem your rewards points you're actually getting the reward! This happens to me every single month.

The store is cool, the staff are friendly and the items are well organized. They are usually in stock with the products they offer. I choose other stores at times because of prices or selection, but this Vons stays in my rotation because of its convenient location and the ease of shopping. It's rare to wait in a long line and they have a Starbucks inside. They have Wells Fargo ATM and a key making machine. Their flower selection is typically plentiful.

Went for my birthday, service and food was wonderful. Got $10 off the total bill and a free flan

Place looks great. Ample hall ways. Great lay out. Ease to use the bathroom. Excellent employees. Awesome parking in a great location.

Review on 3/18/2022. $5.00 Fridays. I was there 9am. I am a member of Vons for U.No Brightly paper towels on shelf. A store clerk or supervisor came to help me. Said they didn't receive them. She offered me another brand at the same price. She was great. I also bought the signature mega(6 rolls equals 24 regular rolls) toilet paper for $5.00. I bought two.The shelf was marked $5.00.When the cashier finished ringing me up I asked him if I got the $5.00 deals on the paper towels and toilet paper. He said yes. When I returned home I looked at my receipt and I was charged $6.98 for both totaling $13.96. Made a return trip to the store around 4pm.At your customer counter I explained the situation to the sales clerk. She was unfriendly. Told me I did received the $5.00 deal. She didn't look closely at the receipt because I had to show her I purchased 2 rolls of toilet paper and I showed her the Vons $5.00 Friday's ad. And I also said the shelf is marked $5.00. She gave me a real hard time. Eventually I did received my $2.00 refund. I've been to your counter before and never had a hard time until now.

Vons Starbucks is being refurbished. Vons also has alot of Christmas items and flower arrangements out. Can't wait for new Starbucks to open.

When l go to Vons the people that work there are awesome l didn't know how to use my digital coupon so one of the young ladies that works by the self checkout helped me and explained to me the procedure for my future trips she helped me 2 days in a row Monday and Tuesday awesome 👌 l forgot her name . I also love the membership Deals

Love going to this Vons. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! Their bakery department always has AMAZING cakes and different options.

Excellent service! Everyone there was super sweet and helpful. The bagger was super sweet and helped me get my groceries to my car. I believe his name was Josiah very unique name. 10/10 will be coming back.
