AT&T Store

You have the best store associate ever! Thanks to Ms. Kimberly Sepulvado! Truly the greatest experience I've ever had at any phone store. I switched over from Verizon to AT&T yesterday because of her. She sat with us and genuinely cared about our questions and relieved any concerns we had. It was a breath of fresh air! Not only was she incredibly personable, she was also extremely knowledgeable and helped us decide on a plan we felt best met our needs. Thank you AT&T for a wonderful experience, and thank you Ms. Kim for making our day just a little easier!!

My granddaughter needed new phone so we went in store Saturday 10/28/23 and was greeted by Andrea B and she was very personable. I had the best experience I have ever had with AT&T. Andrea was so helpful answered all questions even offered suggestions and not only did my granddaughter get a new iPhone, I upgraded as well. I purchased a watch for my daughter and granddaughter. Andrea gave me her card she is going to help with getting our phones and watches ready for use. Wonderful experience

I recently visited this location to upgrade two iPhones. I was greeted quickly with a friendly smile from the retail sales consultant Shakota Farmer! Shakota was not only knowledgeable in the iPhone products, he went above and beyond to explain the pros and cons which helped me feel more at ease with my purchases! With team members like Shakota working, I will definitely be back for all of my phone needs!

Caden was amazing:) hopefully I see him agin when I come pick up my new iPhone 15. He was super kinda and sweet and funny haha. Answered every one of my questions with honesty! Bc of Caden I will be coming to that bestbuy only for now on!

I needed to replace a lost phone. I found Maiyah very helpful and if I could I would give her a 15 out of 10 with 10 being the best.

The customer service I received from Saxony at this store today is unlike others I've experienced. When I was treated poorly by another vendor, not only did she go above and beyond to fix the situation, but she did everything she could to ensure that similar treatment did not happen to another customer. I felt appreciated as a customer and taken care of as a customer. If I ever need anything, I'm looking for her. I hope that this store realizes what a gem they have in her.

Im still trying to see why this happen with my bill. So for David is being awesome in very helpful. Still not please with the amount hopefully it get fixed to where I can make a payment on my phone over all I will keep it if its reasonable.

Justin assisted us and resolved all our issues. Extremely courteous and visited with us while our phones were being updated.

Meagan was an excellent service provider. She was very knowledgeable and understood what my needs were. I will definitely ask for her again.

I was greeted as I walked in the store with a friendly hello, and within five minutes all my questions were answered and I was getting ready to make a new purchase of my new iPhone 14. We spent quite a bit of time with Vallan. She was amazing. Very patience and shared with us every offer available. I will be asking for her whenever I might return and need assistance.

I was met at the door by a customer service representative as soon as I walked in and I don’t remember the man that waited on me! Best service experience I’ve had in long time!

I recently visited the AT&T store at the Youree location and I was greeted by Sales Associate Val for assistance in removing of numerous pop-ups. She immediately removed the pop-ups and gave me I instructions to eliminate future occurrences… I was totally satisfied by her assistance 💯 fantastic!!! Not only was she well informed on AT&T's products, she was very polite and professional. Great experience.

I went to the store at 5:15 and was greeted immediately by Jakaylen. She was awesome. My watch mysteriously became disconnected to my phone. Jakaylen reconnected it and had it working perfectly. I am so thankful. The manager came by too and gave his input. It was a totally awesome experience!!!!! Thanks y'all, Jane

I had a great Customer Service experience with Justin at the Shreveport AT&T store. He helped me with everything I needed toward my new phone and my trade in.
He also taught me a few features that I was unaware of. Big thanks to Justin!!

I went in recently for an upgrade, and let me tell ya that my guy Mr. Tate that helped me was absolutely 💯 fantastic! Not only was he well informed on AT&T's products, he was very polite and quick to make the customer happy. He also looked into my account and found a way to save me money on my bill from my existing account! If you go there for service, I recommend walking through the door and asking for Mr. Tate.

Ordered upgrade phone online and it had defect. Brought the phone into store after having a great experience prior w Jeremy Fitzpatrick. Another Outstanding service call from this team. Jeremy took time, answered questions and showed extreme patience with a very elementary user. Carlton, likewise, assisted to make sure needs were met, resources were correct and my experience went well. Thank you! I will be back to Jeremy for sure!

I had the most impressive experience today at this store. The team at this store goes out of the way to help and work together. I want to thank Kevin for getting me started, Vallan for being so helpful-- staying 45 minutes past her usual departure time--and Jacorie for wrapping things up. This was a much easier upgrade experience than ever before. Their manager certainly knows what he is doing! Five stars!
