I went in with my laptop that I’d lost the charger for and had previously purchased the wrong charger for. Brett (or Brad) from customer service not only picked out the right charger he even plugged my laptop in so I could see it was actually working and charging and explained to me why the other that id picked out on my own didn’t work and this one did.

Super simple, excellent customer service. Would definitely trust them with the tech questions that are are above my head in the future.

Just want to say that I experienced A+ service the past recent times I had to make an appointment with Geeksquad. Thank you for your UNDIVIDED attention. It meant a lot.

Customer service was great. I was looking for a usb port C car charger and the guy at the front door, gave exact location of where the item was and whatcha know, it was just a few steps away right at the door and cash register. This made my visit quick and easy.

The guys in customer service and in the installation department have all been so helpful and friendly at this location. All my questions were thoroughly answered! I appreciate this very much after experiencing the disaster of the customer service department at the Bossier City location. Keep up the good work Shreveport location. Thank you

My daughter purchased a new iPad and Aaron was so nice and offered her protection plans and discounted membership to protect her device.. Which was a great investment from my opinion and they have credit cards that's allows you to pay overtime with a discount on your purchase!!

My wife and I went to BB in Shreveport, La. to get help with installation of luggage tags onto our cell phones. There we met a young man named Nick at the service center to assist us, he was a joy to talk with and understood our problem. He was very friendly, thorough, and completely solved our problem. Husband wanted a gaming computer, we had 2 guys helping us and they were great. My husband was super pleased and they did the best they could to make sure we got the best quality for our money.

This experience was a miracle for me I had both 2 gifts one in store and ordered the other one. After a sudden change in plans came up I thought that I was stuck with the GIFTS.
But the manager was very compassionate and kind and did what he could so that I would not be stuck with gifts that I could not use but gave me a store credit thank you Jesus.

Best Buy was great, especially when things are marked down to a price that Some people can afford. Customer service was great as well.

I found what I needed and had it home, programmed, installed in a hour. In and out of the store in 5 mins...now I have next gen.

I was there to get help from the Geek Squad, concerning annoying pop ups on my phone and emails. Ellis was great. He took care of the problem, showed me what to do if I get more. He was nice, did not talk down to me like some IT people do. He answered my questions. I highly recommend their service.

I purchased a Pioneer DMH 1770 with dash kit and wire harness kit that included steering wheel control adapter from Crutchfield. I called around to get a quote for installation and the lowest price I was quoted was $125. I called Best Buy and was given a price of$150. I decided to go to the physical store and get a quote because trying to get a quote via the national call line was IMPOSSIBLE because Best Buy has out sourced that service. I made my appointment in the store and was given a price of $99 for the job. A little under 2 hours later and my son and I were VERY pleased with the end results. Will DEFINITELY be using Best Buy for stereo equipment installation again. My son has already put a customized screen shot on the unit and it looks AMAZING!

It's unlike any other shopping experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff eager to answer any questions about what you may be shopping for. But they won't bother you unless you ask for help at the entrance. I'd recommend them for your electronic appliance needs and more. Fair prices and great finance terms.

Very helpful, quick in and out with checkout! Clean establishment, pricing well within range, friendly staff, restrooms clean.
We shopped for wifi extender, watch for our son to track his current heart issues, sleep, ekg etc, and phone covers....I will say for the Galaxy 10+ Note there were no covers available. I would suggest if they can get a truck in, to place order with other orders to ramp up phone covers for androids. Not everyone uses IPhones.

I went in for a quick trip for a specific item. The store was clean and the isles were wide and clutter free which helped me to find my item quickly.

Went to Shreveport store and bought wife 2 new computers, the folks working there were really helpful in getting her the right computers that she needed . And even set them up so all she had to do was just plug them in. Great place to buy good stuff.

I needed an upgrade for my phone. We were in and out in under 20 minutes. The fella was Real nice and had my new phone working in minutes.
