Helpful and friendly employees here. Even though I was just picking up an order, everyone I saw engaged with me. Even at the self pickup, an employee offered help if I needed it.

Such GREAT Customer service!!! Trinity was the young lady at the check out and she makes you feel APPRECIATED AS A CUSTOMER!! I prefer store shopping, so to receive good Customer service means everything!! THANK YOU Kohl’s for hiring sincere, helpful employees❤

I visited the Shreveport Kohl's store at approximately 2:00 to 2:45 on Wednesday, September 13. I needed to make a return. The lady at the service desk was very pleasant, helpful, friendly and professional. I appreciated her assistance. After that, I shopped to replace the item that I had returned, and found exactly what I needed. I headed to the checkout area, and the ladies who were working that area were also very welcoming and friendly. The one lady who checked me out helped me find my Kohl's cash, which was reflected on my account. She was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly as she assisted me. All in all, this was an excellent experience and I appreciated everyone who assisted me.

Kohl's is a great store to get what you want and Save money in many ways. Coupons, sales + cash back offers...Kohl's Cash. I saved over $200. Saturday. I loved that the store was clean, employee's help you find what you're looking for and are very friendly. Hard to get a polite employee anymore! I earned $30 in Kohl's Cash and I'll be returning to purchase more gifts and use my Kohl's Cash and other savings from coupons and sales.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Found some really great deals, then got an extra 20% off that, also had some Kohl’s cash available, so ended up with a really great bargain! Love shopping at Kohl’s!!

Everyone was very friendly, including the guys in Sephora. He demonstrated how the eyeliner he suggested worked & never make me feel stupid for asking questions. He had a very unusual name that I wish I could remember. He was a 10!!

Pretty pricey, but they have a variety of items (leggings, sweaters, t-shirts, jeans) for a child (female) aged 12-13. We will definitely go again. The dressing rooms were open when we visited in December on a Saturday. The lady at the register was really nice as well... of course I forgot her name.
