Jere Merritt was fabulous at Hebert's Town and Country! I had a great experience from not only my amazing salesperson but the whole staff! The finance person was very thorough and explained everything where I completely understood and their insurance department was awesome too! They make it hassle free! The entire staff and facility was just grand! They got me top dollar for my trade and sold me a great vehicle that I absolutely love! I can't say enough great things about this dealership! Highly recommend!

I LOVE getting vehicles from them. They are the BEST dealership to me. No hidden charges or anything. I did my application online, and all I had to do was take a copy of my income and my down-payment. I signed my paperwork, called my insurance company, and I was good to go. Thanks, Shawn Showtime....also thanks to David Rivas he sold me my Durango 3 years ago. They have their vehicles serviced, detailed, and full of gas. Couldn't ask for anything more. Service department was great always enjoy dealing with Justin. Salesman there is a liar! Can't remember his name but I assisted a man looking to buy a gladiator and the battery was dead so I jumped it off for him with my start box. Salesman went to put gas in it so the elderly man could test drive while he was gone me and the potential buyer talked about the gladiator and how much I love mine. When he returned the man said they should put me on the payroll for the jump start and info. The Salesman told him don't worry he would take care of my oil change. Come time for me to pay the Salesman said he would if the elderly man bought the gladiator!?!?!? So he lied to the customer looking to buy and the customer getting a oil change. Will continue to have Service done at heberts because of Justin but will only purchase new from Patterson dodge in Marshall TX. 2-19-24

Jere Merritt was our salesman, guy has been doing this a while and you can tell. He was very responsive and went to work on the numbers for us to make sure we got a fair deal on our trade and worked with us on the sale price enough to make us comfortable on our 2023 RAM TRX. The finance guy was new and had just came from a Honda dealership, he was trained well and very efficient he didn’t waste our time and made the process as easy as signing and writing a check. If your in the market for a vehicle I would recommend this dealership and Jere Merritt for all your sales needs.

Super great customer service! From Chuck, the service manager to Nathan, a service writer, both were dedicated to providing the highest degree of service and customer satisfaction. I brought my 2019 Ram pickup in because I lost the video/digital screen in the center of my truck's dashboard. They immediately took possession of my truck, tried numerous actions to try to restore my trucks’ dashboard. Another mechanic did some online research and soon discovered that although this occurs infrequently, there was a downloadable fix to resolve this issue. Since it was already after 6:00 pm, and all the porters were released for the night, Nathan, one of the best service writers at the dealership, procured a loaner vehicle that I could take home, stating he would call me when the download was completed, and my truck was ready for pick up. He called me at approximately 8:00 am the next, as the other mechanic came in early to start working on it so I would have my truck back as soon as possible.

Herbert’s Town and Country are without a doubt the very best Chrysler, Jeep, Ram dealership in the Shreveport/Bossier area. Super job everyone! Thanks so much

Nick Henry and Mr. Chuck at Hebert’s are absolutely the best in the business. They are honest and trustworthy, and do everything in their power to ensure that your vehicle is running properly and you are satisfied with all repairs. Their customer service is impeccable. Nick has taken care of my car, and even offered to help fix a problem with a family member’s vehicle, due to an unfortunate experience with an outside garage. I will always reccomend my family and friends to go see Nick and Mr. Chuck at Hebert’s for all of their automotive needs.

Our process of buying a 2023 Ram 1500 truck took a couple of weeks. We live in Florida and we were using our bank. Thru out that time our salesman, Don Williams, stayed in contact with us, letting us know what was going on. I could call anytime to ask him questions about the truck. We had bought it site unseen, So I was wanting to know about the features. And he was pleasant, with a good sense of humor, when I would panic over something. I would recommend this dealership. Should you go, ask for Mr. Don. He will go out of his way to help you find your vehicle at a good price, and give you great service. Heads up to you Mr. Don.

I had an amazing service appointment.
I’ve never been here until Monday.

I was out running errands and got back in my car and barely would start.
I thought no one would be able to get to me today to replace my battery, which is what I thought it was.

I got to the dealership and that’s when I met JUSTIN! He met me with a smile and after only a few minutes said we can take care of you today.

I came here to purchase a new Jeep. My sales associate was professional and knew how to read a client. She knew when to approach and when to stand at the sideline while I made my decision. I never felt pressured during my experience. She felt more like my advocate rather than my opponent during the negotiations. I would highly recommend her and this dealership.

Great customer service . I wouldn't go any other place . My service adviser Sabrina was great . My service technician also did a great job . They also washed my car while it was being serviced . Looks better than it has in yrs and I wash it several times a week . I have purchased vehicles from them before and have no complaints on that end either .

They were very friendly. My salesman Jeremy Tate was Awesome he wasn't pushy made sure I got what I wanted and didn't try to interject just to make a sale. He went above and beyond to get the vehicle I wanted. I will be referring him to any and everyone I'm in contact with that's in the market for a vehicle.

The Management Team comes out on the floor, meets with customers and calls after a purchase to make sure the customer's experience with their team members meets the needs of the customer.

Had to visit the service center. Was a little nervous & not knowing what to expect. My engine cel light came on my 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. Only 45000 miles on it. They checked it out & said it was the oil pump. Replaced oil pump & wiring harness. Had some sort of defect. Works great now. They covered everything under warranty. Great people to deal with. Saw so many bad reviews with other dealerships. So glad to find a honest one with Hebert’s T&C. From the service folks to the mechanic’s, all were so polite & knowledgeable. Thanks Hebert’s.
