There is rarely a line with the exception of one or two people in front of you and their new 5 machine self check out is easy to use.

I just went to Brookshires on Kings HWY and was getting some chocolate chips for cookies. I was 10 cents under and a cashier named Chris gave me an extra dollar to pay for it instead of canceling my item. Managers give him a raise. That was a true act of kindness!

Nice grocery store shopping with friendly willing to answer questions you have on looking for something in particular!

Really good grocery store and the best pharmacy personnel I have ever used . There are two pharmacists who do all they can to help with prescriptions . The prices are very good too ! Can't leave out the other employees in the pharmacy (and the rest of the store) . They are all always friendly and helpful .

My first time at this location. I am happy with everything and everyone.. Butt my credit card card knows my ways. They think my credit card was stolen because it's Thursday. I only shop Walmart on Thursday before 2023. Lol

*UPDATE* I think they need to better train and treat their employees. Customer service is not that great, sometimes, and they seem to have a high turnover rate. They have one cashier who has been there for years, and she is wonderful. But, the young people come off as downright rude, sometimes. I heard they don't treat their employees very well. Their prices are high enough, so why not?

I usually use the Pharmacy, which I give an A+ to! They are always so super helpful and they aren't ever rude to me, which is awesomeness in itself!
Oh and this place too has some of the best cupcakes 🧁 😋 around!!!

Ms Patsy is always so sweet checking out our groceries,she always has a kind word or a helpful hint, Mr Alonzoe, and Mr Archie always have a smile ready and really make your day ,if you are feeling down it's impossible to stay down with those gentlemen smiling and chatting with you.

Cuts of meat, poultry, fresh daily baked goods and to die for whole rotisserie chicken put back in warmer to take home on nights you want good but quick and simple meals! Love ❤ Tom and Malona in the pharmacy! Have taken the absolute best care for my Sweet Mama and myself for close to 15 years now. Very thoughtful and always goes to any lengths to give compassionate and complete care for every situation I've been through. When my Mom went thru- her breast cancer ordeal they went out if their way to make sure we always had access to the things we needed. A very big Thank-you!! God Bless!!!

We've been shopping there for years but they did rearrange the store a while back so still having a bit of a time finding things. They have watched our family grow as we have theirs.. P.S. Mr.Grant was one of the MOST wonderful managers there ever..

I love my neighborhood grocery store! They are always willing to help! I wish I knew the young mans name who helped me on a rainy day load my groceries into my car! May God bless the staff there!!

I just needed a few things, it was close and I dropped by. I don't usually shop here so I didn't know the layout of the store. The isles signs were clearly marked but more importantly there were employees throughout the store. This made for a very quick in and out. I would recommend this Brookshires location especially if you are in a hurry!!!
