DICK'S Sporting Goods

I went into Dick’s Sporting Goods this morning to look for a pair of good running shoes. The store was very quiet and not a lot of traffic because it was still early in the morning. Janiya in the shoe department was absolutely perfect and help me select the proper shoes. She was patient enough with me to let me try on for five different brands of shoes before I found the ones I like. I went to go check out and the nice lady at the checkout greeted me with a huge smile and good morning, and after I paid, I asked her where the manager was so I can talk to him. His name is Simon and I told him what a wonderful job that his employees are doing customer service because in these days you don’t find customer service like you can get at Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Curbside order was ready in under an hour. Waited maybe 2 minutes and my order was brought out. Super friendly, prompt customer service!

I went on Sunday to look for a kayak. I wanted to buy one but knew a Memorial day sale was probably coming up soon and wanted to get one on sale. Don found me and I asked him if he knew how much the price would drop. He went and found the info for me. Then when I came back Tuesday, he was there to help again. He helped me get the right kayak and the right paddle. Don and Trey help load the kayak on to my car. They were super friendly and helpful. I had a great shopping experience thanks to them!

Stopped in to look at an exercise bike that we'd read good reviews about on line. We didn't intend to buy. But the manager matched the on line price. The sale price on line was $100 less than the in store sale price and then another $100 off the sale price for on line purchases. So, we got a highly rated exercise bike for less than half of the list price. The manager and staff were very friendly and treated us well. Thank you.

First time here since the COVID-19 pandemic. Was impressed that all the workers were wearing masks and social distancing was in place with stickers every 6 feet in Checkout areas! I only saw two customers that were not wearing masks or wearing masks improperly. We were not there very long because I knew what I was planning to get. In and out in like 20 minutes.

When I first walked in, I was immediately welcomed by Management & Staff, They are Soo Nice!!! It's True It's a bit pricey but when ppl take their time to really check Everything out, ppl will find it through their sales. I rather go here bc they have a whole lot of selection of Colors. Thanks Soo Much to Debin for being soo helpful & I Thank him for his positive Attitude that I hope they stay there for life!!!!!!

Elliot in the golf shop should be employee of the year every year. Outstanding employee. Patient. Professional. He custom fit a new set of irons for me and did great!

Always clean and I can find what I'm looking for and be out of the store in no time. Big selection of sports gear and clothes. If they do not have what you're looking for or the size they will order it for you.

Absolutely awesome. Wish I could have gotten everything I wanted, but eventually I will. Great prices. Love the Golf part of the store
