09March2024 I purchased my 2nd Honda from Holmes Honda in Shreveport, LA. I was met walking in by Mr. Dave Gutierrez he was the absolute most knowledgeable, friendly, patient, professional. (I highly recommend choosing him). Long story short I did not spend all day there waiting (2 hours) and all requirements were met in the vehicle I chose which was a red 24' Honda Accord Sport-L . I definitely know my family will always choose Holmes Honda over every dealership because they are more than willing to go the extra miles to make sure you love your vehicle just as much as they do.

We had the greatest time at Shreveport Honda. Lela was amazing. Even though we were just looking, and telling her our situation, she created a solution for us. Most people I'm sure have made a decision before coming to the dealership. We had a special request and that was met. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is even thinking about purchasing a Honda. Making a vehicle purchase is always a big decision, but I'm glad I made this one, and you will not regret it.

I was recommended from Facebook friends to go to Stephen. Reached out to Stephen months ago but decided to wait a bit longer on getting a car. Well, recently I reached out to Stephen again to let him know I was for sure ready this time. We communicated pretty much all day just to make sure it was what I wanted and he was able to answer any and all questions I had. He showed no frustration nor attitude.
