Columbia Factory Store

I ventured down to the outlets to get a jacket from Columbia for my nephew who lives in Georgia. He saw my white fleece Columbia jacket when I was home sfor the holidays o I decided that I would get him one. I was fortunate on the day that I went in that the store was busy but there was a big sale and I not only bought him a jacket I bought another for me in a different color. My friend that I was with bought 2 jackets for herself. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend.

The sales are always great and we love coming as often as we can. The stores are all full of a great selection and the prices are amazing.

Great place at the castle rock outlets. The people have great knowledge and our willing to help. I have purchased many jackets and clothing from them . It costs but it lasts and preform s for the price.

This store is amazing, we will definitely be going back, as well as recommending it to others! My wife and I were there yesterday with our little four year old, and we were assisted by Brendan. He was extremely patient, professional, and helpful!
We also had some questions today on how the shopping in-store vs. online worked, and the store manager Nick was incredible! He took the time out of his busy day to go over everything with us, and explain it all with a cheerful attitude. Nick's kindness and professionalism was excellent, and we so appreciate his help!

Very helpful staff and a great selection of items for everyone. My favorite part was the shoe selection that you can try them on before you buy. The fitting rooms were nicely sized and well kept. Cute gear at great prices. Checkout was a breeze.

The Columbia Factory Store is well visited by me and many others. Every time I go to the store, it has a fair amount of people already shopping for a good deal. There are savings to be found here, too. The Columbia brand is very good and very well known. With coats, shirts, shoes, winter gear and many other items, there is something for everyone. I saw the staff sanitize a fitting room before a customer used it. I bought a Columbia long-sleeve shirt on sale from $35 down to $24.99. Their return service is excellent, and so is their customer service. When I got to the checkout, the clerk checked the website for me to see if the same shirt was available for my wife. I didn't even ask, but was thankful.

Came to Colorado for the holiday from Az and completely forgot to bring a coat. Was able to get a nice warm packable jacket for a great price that has been used consistently for the last year and is still in great condition.
The staff was friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and made it a quick and easy stop.

Stopped here to shop for Winter jacket, it's a very well organized store, above and beyond friendly and experienced staff members, they had a promotion for each $125 spend I got 25$ gift card. I also bought some boots that were on sale, over all very pleased with my shopping experience and with the products I have from Columbia store.

My go-to for Columbia gear. You might find same items cheaper at Ross, tj maxx, Marshall’s, but you can’t compete with the inventory they have here. Keep your eyes open to pricing, sometimes they charge more than the labels, and sometimes the price is exactly the same on Amazon - and Amazon has more options. Accessories are usually sold at retail cost. Don’t expect them to have a lot of L sized cheap items, but you’ll find plenty of cheaper than retail of everything you’d like.

Great sales prices. I like the large sizes being a big guy.
