Catalina's Diner

Small Town diner. Parking in the back and on street. Bench seating and chair seating. Very clean. Great staff. Menu is huge and lots of options. Breakfast all day. Also serve alcohol, ice cream, and kids menu. Foods takes about 30-40 minutes to prepare. Options include sandwiches, salads, seafood, Mexican, burgers, and breakfast. Food was very down to earth and tasty! Single bathrooms with changing tables.
Cons: can't think of any, unless you don't like small town plated food.

A local favorite! Good fast friendly service and delicious hot food. Its a family owned restaurant and we love supporting them. We enjoyed your basic breakfast and their corned beef hash. You can tell its all fresh and home-made. Highly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Food is fresh prepared. Excellent variety and they'll make adjustment to your order as needed. Been back so many times on a first name basis with the owner Javier. Remember, fresh prep food takes time so don't think your food is coming out in 10 minutes. It's worth a little wait.

Great breakfast and good hamburgers and generally very tasty food. If your in the area stop by you want regretted. The people are nice too and friendly!

If I could give this place double stars, that is a 10, I would. Cozy, warm, friendly, changing table and hook in restroom for coat purse, bottomless hot coffee, endless water, flexible for vegan choices, tasty, clean…

I can't believe I waited so long to try Catalina's. The food was incredible, drinks were delicious and the service is superb. I stopped in last week and will be sure to go as often as possible. So many options on the menu!

Love everything about this place. Because it is family owned,local,great menu and the best staff. We have found another happy place !!!

Great food and service. Parking can be tight during busy times. Meals can run 30ish minutes during busy times but they have it posted so u aren't surprised.

It's a small town diner with a rather large menu for the family. We normally order at the local brewery and have food delivered, but the diner is a good spot in town too. Food allergies can be accommodated. Still trying to get tomato soup to go with that grilled ham n cheese!

Excellent service. Delicious food. Lots of dishes to choose from. All very good. Prices very reasonable.
A place for young and old to enjoy.

My husband and I randomly came in here for lunch. The service was great, Our waitress had a full house but still accommodated us and several other workers were attending to the guests as well. Great first impression aside from the cleanliness which was super.
The menu had so many different categories to choose from ranging from a stocked salad section, a variety of hamburger, pastas, pizzas, and Mexican! All of the categories had things that I could eat as a vegetarian and had accommodations that could be made for somebody that is vegan conscious.
My husband absolutely loved his barbecue western burger. All of their meat is cooked to serve, and it was a perfect medium. I got a po-boy sandwich which was yummy as well, and they showed us a variety of desserts before we left so of course we left with a gorgeous piece of cheesecake that we can't wait to try!
My favorite addition was that their tables promoted the local businesses within Elizabeth. I got a handful of pictures of services that I needed to reach out to anyways, And it really shows what kind of business owners they are!
We will certainly be back not just to try many of the things on the menu we wanted to, but to support a proud local!

Menu was everything you would expect from an American diner. Food and Service were both great.

Great food and service. Glad we came I for the first time

Hands down one of the best restaurants in and around Elbert/Douglas county. We moved from Denver to Elizabeth this past year and we have frequented Catalina’s a couple times a month if not more. We are not typically interested in going to the same restaurant consistently but that’s how much we love coming here. While it’s not fancy, it is very tasty. The food is actually fresh made (so definitely worth the wait). They have a large menu but everything comes out with that homecooked taste. We’ve seen every waiter and all of them are fantastic, but we have especially seen Fanny the most and we get such great service every time. We have never once had an issue with our orders or customer service. It does get busy because I believe it’s a town favorite but they go above and beyond and I believe the owner takes care of all the employees (from what we can tell of course). Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

We really love this place. My company liked it so much we do our little monthly meeting there for lunch. The service is truly outstanding which is a delight to see these days. Also the food is always great, we've never been disappointed!

We loved this place, we were looking at a car in franktown and this place stood out. It did not disappoint! Super tasty chicken sandwich with gluten free options and our favorite beer. Super attentive waiters, and a rustic atmosphere! We will definitely be back!
