Eric was fantastic! Patient kind and understanding! We went through multiple scenarios and price points, and he got us what we wanted!

If you ever stop at this location ask for Aidan. He is an amazing worker and treats customers with respect. I went in this week to activate my new phone and he was so patient and guided me through every step. Aidan deserves a raise for how great he is at his job, including his excellent customer service. I hope his work goes acknowledged.

This is the best customer service I've ever received at a phone store. Hands down! In a very entitled town of snobs it’s rare to come across basic human decency. At this AT&T store there was a no pressure sales approach, relaxed & welcoming environment, easy to understand phone lingo, informative, affordability as well as top notch professionalism! Promote this young man or give him a raise please. Came in on a Sunday & walked out a very happy customer.

Dennis is the greatest rep I have ever been to, he’s honest and helpful all the way around. Will wait for him time and time again and will even come back another day just so he can help me. So grateful for him!!

I was a walk in. Dennis smoothly transitioned from helping another customer to helping me. He reviewed my account, recommended a few changes, and took care of everything I came in for. He took careful consideration of my families specific situation, and all the services we are paying for on each of our seven devices. There were a few things I was totally unaware of about a couple of my families devices that he schooled me on. Because of Dennis, my life is a bit more productive, and I am more knowledgeable on a few topics. Thank you very much Dennis.

Dave, the store manager was awesome. I had a new Apple Watch and a new iPhone. He answered all of my questions and helped me get everything set up, helped with accessories and explained the billing. Very positive experience.

David, Lexi and Erica were all very helpful in getting me signed up. The deals/price that was presented to me over the phone was accurate to what I was given in the store and they even added some savings for me too. They got me situated with everything I needed and even helped me get my new phone set up and activated. This process can be timely but the time was well spent given the fun and energetic atmosphere this store presented.

My wife and I had gone to the AT&T store to get a phone line added to our account. We were promptly assisted by Alexis. Not only was she extremely courteous, professional and personable, she took great pains to ensure that our experience was a wonderful one. We highly recommend her for her professionalism and her attitude to serve customers by going above and beyond. We would like for her to be recognized for the superlative experience she provided at the store.

I had a fabulous experience with Erika! She greeted me the moment I arrived in a friendly and professional manner. She explained things to me, and was very helpful in me making my decision for a new phone. She is very knowledgeable, and quick with service. She is an asset to the store. They went above and beyond to assist me with my new phone. Stacey and Emily and I didn't catch the guys name but he's from Parker, CO, all assisted me and were so very friendly even with other customers they were assisting. Awesome crew!

I came in because my device was completely failing on me, black screen & shattered glass. The person working there that morning made the process of getting a new phone super easy. She is super is awesome, & made sure I left with everything that I needed. Her name is Moria. I Would definitely recommend anyone to this place whether if it’s for a new phone or customer service!

Went in to upgrade one phone and get a claim going on another one. The workers in this store are amazing. They take their time with you and it was a great experience for me and my family. Even when we had to wait for one phone to come in and return a second time. They are very knowledgeable of the products they sell. Would send all my friends and family here.

Popped in 20 min before closing, and were treated wonderfully by Orlando, who helped get our accounts set up and got us a great deal. Sorry for the late visit and thank you for the excellent service.
