Express Factory Outlet

I am a fan of Vera Bradley. I am making 2 trips over the pond this year, and I needed to update my carry-on and cosmetic holders. The selection was great. Everything matches, and I couldn't beat the prices. The salesperson knew the inventory and helped me match up all the items.

I love this place. You get today's fashion anywhere from 25% to 90% off of retail prices. It's cheaper to shop there than it is to shop at Target or Macy's etc. Parking is really good.

It is usually pretty quiet here (good thing for me) Many stores to choose from. Good deals everywhere. The food court has good options in my opinion. REALLY good views.

I found Clarks shoe outlet and am happy and looking forward to returning for a purchase.

Very nice Outlet mall, really not too sure of the discount prices, roof overhead all of the stores, large selection of restaurants surrounding the mall, we enjoyed a rainy day there!!

Okay so the public bathrooms are so fancy and clean! That was a random highlight of my trip. Went during Presidents Day weekend, and most of the shops had incredible sales. All of my purchases were 50-70% off. Great selection of shops. Not that great selection in the food court. Plenty of parking.

Great sales in store today. I bought a beautiful red blouse. When I got to the register I told the sales clerk that I should have a $10 coupon that Express sent for my birthday. He could not locate it under any of my information even though I got a reminder email about it on yesterday. But, he honored it and gave me the $10 off on my purchase anyways. Great customer service and thank you. I will certainly be back again.

I'm a shopper but not everything out there presents a good shopping experience. I love this place. You aren't going to find deals all the time but it is always going to be calm and relaxing. Best time to come, early mornings during spring or fall. Weather is usually so nice, you enjoy a very nice walk while shopping.

Stopped by there when I was on my way to the airport and had to waste three hours time. A lot of great shops, and a relaxed feel about the shopping center. Enjoyed my few hours there. Left with some great clothes for a good price, a pair of new shoes, and some delicious peanut butter fudge.

Absolutely amazing place to shop. The quantity and quality of the shops is impressive. There are always good deals to be had, but have a reference point. Not every purchase will be the best deal ever. I look forward to their expansion effort. This place isn't slowing down any time soon.

They have every store you can imagine.
Put in your tennis shoes, you will need them to walk this huge outlet.

Good cuality and good experience

The Bose shop was packed but the associate took her time with us in demonstrating the wireless surround sound options and coordinated a decent package without feeling pressured. Went to the Coach store and again, SUPER busy, but the associate there was able to assist with a bag that was out of reach and get me checked out quickly. Overall the outlets were busy but clean, organized, and friendly.
