I originally bought my truck here a few years ago, and have since moved away from the area. I still come to this dealership for maintenance and service regularly. I have an extended warranty program through a third-party, and this service dept never fails to make sure that everything is taken care of with this warranty. I recently had service on my transmission. There was no hesitation in assessing the issue and confirming the issues that were occurring. Ed from the service dept was exceptional. He was very helpful, friendly and made sure to keep me up-to-date with all the happenings on my vehicle.

We are very happy with our service experience. From our initial contact with Bobby in the service center to discuss our Chevy limp mode issue, they were great and easy to work with. They provided honest upfront information about potential causes, diagnosis/resolution time frames and cost. Our service advisor, Mike, was friendly, understanding and an excellent communicator, keeping us informed with regular updates through the process. Ultimately our vehicle was repaired faster than expected, with no surprises.

Everything was seamless. Went in for an oil change and wasn't really looking for a car. A Yukon XL Denali caught my eye - Scott and Parm jumped in and we worked out a killer deal fast. I was in and out in less than 3 hours and never felt pressured or uncomfortable with the process. This is how buying a car should be. They made us feel like family. I had a great service experience at Castle Rock Chevrolet on my truck. I had a part that was on back order and the service department did a great job expediting the part so my wait was much shorter than expected. I haven’t bought a new car in 7 years. I was nervous, but excited. Chris really helped me out. He made things very simple and wasn’t pushy at all. Ryan helped break everything about the loan and warranty down for me. Made sure I understood everything! Rogan walked me through all the features of my new Chevy Trailblazer. Explaining all the amazing new features. I came from the Springs. Definitely worth the drive. They all worked together and made the whole process so easy! They were all so nice and great to work with!! I 100% recommend going there! Fantastic experience.

another trip to the dealership and this time a success. Although they didn’t have a loaner car they took extra care to ensure that I was dropped off and picked up in a timely manner. All communication was excellent and I also got other unfinished business handled. The crew was on top of things and I do appreciate the thoughtful care and service as I have had issues in the past. They all were great and I thank them.

I've purchased many automobiles in my 84 years. I can honestly say this was the easiest and most pleasant experience of the lot.
Of course, I did my homework before speaking to Cesar which helped.
But, having said that, the employees I worked with: Cesar, Tony, and Rogan were professional, polite, and treated me as a valued customer.
Actually, I haven't picked up my new truck yet. That happens on 1/16/24 but I anticipate no issues that might make me change my opinions of the Castlerock GMC sales team I've dealt with.

I just want to thank Ed in Service for restoring my faith in Chevrolet dealerships - I had an issue that needed fixing and a couple other dealers chose not to help. Ed indicated it wouldn't be a problem and I am forever grateful because it was fixed quickly and as stated, they even fixed a recall that popped up the day I brought the car in. On a scale of 1 to 5 I give Ed a 12. I've never had service that pleasant and perfect and I'm not young. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

It sucks when your vehicle needs repairs, but these guys provided Great service during the process. Super fast shuttle home and the completed the repairs quickly. Everyone was professional and easy to deal with.

My roommate and I went in with somewhat of a challenging situation and Scott and Austin made everything a breeze. We were there for quite a while and they even fed us!!
