There are lots of variety of clothing here, mainly for female. My girlfriend likes the store and the service is great. The staff was kind and patient yet can perform multiple tasks at a good pace. Prices are fair, not too expensive, and the quality is pretty good for what you pay for. The store was organized and clean.

Cute clothes, cheap prices...I was close to making a purchase but couldn't decide between 2 sizes. Since I couldn't try anything on, I decided to go elsewhere because I don't have time to go back if something doesn't fit.

If I could rate 0 for customer service I absolutely would yesterday I went in store to shop for my vacation coming up I noticed the only staff seemed like it would be the manager and owner not sure what race they efe so I’m going to just say Chinese, the fitting rooms have been closed since Covid mins you they are the only store in the outlets that does not let you try anything oh well today I saw some customers trying things on with a sign outside that stated please ask for assistance an hour before closing I went up to ask them may I use the fitting room when she looked at all my items she mentioned no sorry we just closed them.i thought that was add given I just seen someone get out and it’s still an hour to closing so because I had no choice I gathered all my stuff to the corner to choose out what I can guess would fit and when I did that some clothes fell off from me the lady came running behind me and I turn around tell I’m okay I need to choose out my items since I can’t try them on she yells at me picks up the clothes and states I don’t know why you throw my clothes on the floor that’s unacceptable she the grabs everything goes to the fitting room closes the door throws the clothes to the counter finds an empty rack and tells me here now you can go threw them. I left so angry and decided not to give them any service seriously if you ever shop there don’t go when any of these ladies are there !

Owner is racist as hell. Was rude to me and other non Asians for absolutely no reason. Walked up to the counter to pay for my things and she just started yelling to hurry up and put my things on the counter. The associate apologize but I was not making a purchase there after that. It makes sense why they have 2-stars after that experience. Contacted the business manager of the outlet shops and recorded her rudeness as well to play for them :)

Went in to buy a homecoming dress for my daughter. My daughter picked out 8 dresses, and they told us she could only take 3 in the dressing room. So I would switch out the dress after she tried it on for a different one. After switching out the 3rd one, the woman rudely asked me how many she was trying on. I said she is only taking in 3 at a time, and the woman said only 3 total and then said "you heard me say that". And was so mad at me saying "she can't try on all these dresses". I think she owns the store...I was shocked that she was being so rude when their dressing room policy isn't displayed anywhere. And who has a limit on items you can try on???

Absolutely awful. Employees were extremely rude, could only try on dresses no shirts and followed us around the store as if we were going to steal something, treating us like criminals when we literally were putting things back where they belong since we weren't allowed to try them on? DO NOT GO HERE

No fitting rooms and they will not refund your money for returns (only store credit and must be returned within 14 days). They have no plans to reopen the fitting rooms. I drive up here about twice a year from Colorado Springs and would definitely never be able to return within such a short amount of time.

I asked if I could try on some dresses and one of the employees said yes only 3. When I went to try on the 3 items I had, the owner looked at me up and down and said I was too big to try on the 3 items I had chosen. Totally unnecessary and rude.

No refund policy, but they are also keeping their fitting rooms closed. Brought my 4 daughters in ready to spend money and ended up walking out. Horrible way to run a company. We will understand when you go under

Extremly unfriendly and rude staff, we tried on some clothes in a group having a little fun and i even wanted to buy something till she started yelling at us and insulting us.
The fitting rooms were also closed, that's why we had to try on the things in the middle of the store.
We then directly left the store and she followed us and accused us of stealing.
Never go there!!!!!!!!!

Couldn’t decide between a medium or a large. Asked for a fitting room. They don’t have any. So I said that was fine, I’ll just return the one that didn’t fit. Was told they don’t do returns. Only store credit. This is now the 3rd bad experience here. Will never go back.
