Jimmie Ford and his sales manager Seth Ackerman made the entire process painless. Jimmy's knowledge of the trucks helped me make an informed decision. I thought I new exactly what I wanted before hitting the dealership, but I was wrong! Without Jimmy as my salesman I would have missed out on features I didn't even know I wanted. Their inventory was far better than any other dealer I visited and they got me into a truck that is perfect for me. I have not purchased a new vehicle in many years and dreaded the back and forth haggling I experienced at other dealerships in the past. It was not at all that way with Jimmy and Seth. They explained everything in detail and made sure that I understood all the charges and fees and got me in and out very quickly. In the end I got the perfect truck for me at a fair price, what more could you ask for? I am actually looking forward to my next car buying experience with them.

Go see the young stud Felipe Nunez he is willing to get his feet wet in a snow storm to get you taken care of. A Very professional experience from start to finish. Had a small problem with the truck after taking delivery and he is all over it to make sure my family is well kept. Great dealership with great leadership. I would recommend them to anyone.

Was driving by and needed service (had a light come on unexpectedly). Was greeted by the nicest young man, Slim, who was beyond helpful and kind. He quickly led me to service where I was promptly taken care of! I’ve never been to castle rock Ford but I would absolutely come back for my next purchase or service!

She then identified the model that was the best-fit for my needs; while streamlining the trade-in process on my old truck.

The service department was extremely helpful in in getting my car serviced and doing a thorough inspection to make sure that my car was in good health. They found a few maintenance issues that the my last mechanic didn't find and now I can take care of those and have some peace of mind. Amber and Nick were extremely helpful and I'll be getting all my service done from here on out at Castle Rock Ford.

I brought my truck to another service station for an oil change only to be told I had a potentially huge problem with my engine. I took it to Castle Rock Ford and worked with Gary in the Service Dept. His team quickly diagnosed there was in fact NO issue with my truck and helped me get that oil change I needed. He could have given me a run-around and performed a bunch of diagnostics I didn't need but he was honest and took good care of me.

Thank you Gary, you're the best. I learned my lesson and will only be taking my F150 to Castle Rock Ford for service moving forward.

Amber Patrick with Quicklane Service did a great job greeting me and getting my vehicle ready for the technician. Technician was timely, efficient and careful with my vehicle which matters greatly as many shops are careless in keeping the vehicle clean. Really like the summary and video of the services.

I had an appointment for service February 14 th”10;30 AM for service and was greeted by a new employee in the service isle and was so happy.
Hold on to this employer as he will be a big asset to your organization. My appointment was for service and from the beginning I knew I was in for a great service appointment.
He kept me in the loop the whole time I was in your dealership.
The appointment was for routine service I will definitely share my experience with others.
I felt he thought I was the president.

I worked with Nicholas, who was great. I brought in my Ford Escape for a recall and he said that it would probably be tomorrow before it would be ready . I told him I had an appointment in the morning and he said he would try his best to get it by late afternoon. Well, he called about 2:00 and said it was ready. I went in to pick it up and thanked Nicholas and told him he just earned my business going forward. Great service!!!
