Rite Aid

Went for a vaccination. Jeremy the pharmacist wrangled with insurance to get it covered which was great. He was masked for extra bonus points and Painless vaccination as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Mason is an excellent pharmacist. Every time I come into this location, he is hustling around. The employees at the Rite Aid are such hard working employees. Very informative, and care for patients. We really appreciate them!!

For once, a pharmacy and convenience store that you don't leave feeling worse off than when you walked in. Clean, efficient service, friendly staff. Frequented this location often more than once a week while living nearby for 3 years, and even during COVID they managed to keep service at a high caliber.

Lupe Muro, store manager was very helpful and Kind. She directed me in finding what I was looking for. She was busy with other customers but she took the time to help me. Store was clean and organized, very easy to find my items.

I recently had to fill a prescription and was blown away by the convenience and professionalism of the staff. I was able to order my medication online and pick it up at the store within a few hours, and the process was seamless. Mason was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I was very please when leaving this store. I was nicely greeted by the store manager (Lupe), even though she was busy doing other things she still took the time to make me feel welcome. Mason at the Rite Aid pharmacy on Kettner is FANTASTIC. I really appreciate his kindness, efficiency, and awareness. He has been the lead at this pharmacy for a while now and is extremely thoughtful as a provider. He pays attention to client needs, makes sure he's tracking client records, and provides great "bed-side" manner when working with customers/patients. For example, today I went in to pick up my prescription and because he thoroughly read my chart, he offered me my Tetanus booster and to send my updated record directly to my PCP. Now I don't have to wait months to get in to see my doctor. 5 Stars Mason and way to go Kettner Rite Aid! You guys are an AWESOME team. Oh yeah, also, during the height of pandemic vaccination times a few months ago, this team rocked. They were so good to each other too. As I was waiting, one member of the team came in with food for their group because they were all working so hard and had very little time to take breaks. Really love how you all take care of each other and your patients Team Rite Aid Pharm. Thank you for all you do and please know how much value you bring to your Little Italy community!

Overall great customer service. I am always greeted when I walk into the store and the employees are always very nice and attentive. The manager Lupe will always go above and beyond to help her customers and treats her employees with care!

Mason and Carmen were absolutely amazing! I was having trouble with my insurance and they were so patient and helped so much. Both extremely professional and made me feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back to this location. They were also super quick on getting my medications no crazy wait times and they were so kind.

Rushed over with 20 mins left before close, had my dental mouth guard in so hard to understand me I’d think, and David working there was so kind & patient to assist, I believed it to be genuine!

Wonderful staff, im always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from all associates. They were all very helpful. I was able to find everything i needed. The pharmacy in this location is very helpful as well, they were able to help me get my prescriptions on time.

I have always gone to Rite Aid when I lived in Cardiff and became close with our pharmacist and team. When I moved down to Little Italy, I would come to this Rite Aid, still getting my bearings and ended up going to Walgreens in Point Loma for the drive through convenience and other shopping.... well this Little Italy Rite Aid is worth the walk. Walgreens and the convenient drive through had been closed due to shortages - 3 times I attempted to pick up my prescription only to see the sign in the window. I have gotten to know my Kettner Rite Aid Pharmacy Team and I know we will become close with that local hometown feeling. Mason, Carmen and Pia made this more than a transaction, but a trusted team I know will be there and I can count on.

Went to do a western union. Used my own phone to make it happen. Other than w/u charges way too much and their equipment never works. Pay enough..?? Rite aid manager made it happen and she and others there tried and that is cool w/me.

Jeremy and the whole pharmacy crew is amazing!!! They have helpef me many times with my prescription and always with a smile!! It's rare to find a pharmacy that will do everything possible to help out the customers. Even when I moved and started going to a new Rite Aid pharmacy Jeremy and the staff answered my questions and made phone calls to help me. Top notch customer service!!!

Small convenience store for on the go, don’t expect too much for it is a small store but they do have a great amount of almost everything. Gets a bit busy considering there’s not a lot of stores around the area, no public restrooms due to how small it is. Staff is great and gives you good prices for almost anything if you make a quick account with them to get there discounts.

Needing emergency OTC medication before heading to work. Lupe helped me find it and cashiered me knowing I was in a rush. Gladly would stop here again.
