Rite Aid

Tonight I went into the store looking for organic coconut oil. As I walked the store Destiny (hope I spelled it right) stopped me to ask me what I was looking for. I told her. She took me to 3 different areas that all had different coconut oil options. After I bought the last option, turned out it was the first option all along, that I needed. Thank you for going out of your way to help me. What a great representation of a great employee.

I like this store. The associates are friendly, and the store is clean. They fill prescriptions quickly and I usually don't have to wait in line long. Much better than my experience at Walgreens.

The only reason why am leaving five stars is because of the pharmacist assistant/technician Andrea. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got my prescription filled and that we were able to do it through my insurance.

We had gone into the pharmacy the day before, because our pharmacy didn’t carry the EpiPen that we needed and so they transferred our prescription over to your guises pharmacy. My husband came in and showed the paperwork that we had from the previous pharmacy that stated what we needed and the lady took the form from him and didn’t give it back and she said she would take care of it, and that we would know in two hours to come back to pick up a prescription we never got a call and we never got a text. I took today off of work to go down to the pharmacy and figure everything out. The lady who greeted me was polite and nice but the pharmacist was extremely rude and acted as if she had no idea what had happened the day prior. When I got there, I found out none of our insurance information had even been put into the computer, and nothing had gone through or had been taken care of like she had told my husband she would.

Andrea the pharmacist assistant went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and that I was able to get my son‘s EpiPen. While doing so she had to ask the pharmacist a few questions, and the pharmacist was extremely rude to her and even yelled at her, at one point to get my son’s date of birth, and was just extremely rude to the poor girl, even through all of that she kept a smile on her face and continued to help me and was extremely professional and made sure that I was able to get the EpiPen that I needed! Our family is extremely grateful to Andrea for everything she did to help us!

And I really hope that management sees this review, and does something about that pharmacist, and how she spoke to the girls in the back it was so unprofessional and just uncalled, for no one deserves to be spoken to that way!

I understand that Rite-Aid will be closing some stores. I hope they do not close this one, because it is very close to my home and has aways provided fast, reliable, and friendly service. The pharmacists are knowledgable and the other store workers are also on the ball.

My favorite Rite Aid Of All Time. I love the staff. Bennette and the others are great workers. Aman.

I love the location of this Rite Aid, it has its own ample parking. Plenty of ways to get in and out fast. I LOVE all the holiday trinkets, specially the educational toys! I come here exclusively for the 91% isopropyl alcohol! I use it a lot to clean my glass pipe with a little salt. I have use other alcohols from Target and CVS and they just don’t work (even if 90%). Other pharmacies even have had theirs recalled. I always find it in stock here! And on sale! Usually buy 1, get the other half off. Staff is super friendly always. The only con: I havent seen bamboo toilet paper lately, and I love that cuz its soo soft and at a great value!

Nathan, the pharmacy manager, is phenomenal. I've had issues in the past with my insurance company, and Nathan has gone out of his way to proactively help solve the issues, so that my family has continuing access to the medicines we need. Every time I come into the store, I feel incredibly welcomed and well taken care of.

Very friendly staff that go above and beyond. I would not recommend getting passport photos taken here, however. Other than that, this place is the bee's knees.

I love this Rite Aid. It's clean, well stocked and the staff is always so sweet. The pharmacy staff is knowledgable, kind and efficient. I can't tell you how many times I've heard them address customers by name, which is rare and so nice to see. They really go above and beyond here.

The survey code expired, and I really think that Maria deserves outstanding recognition for her hard work. I went to this location on the morning of 04/01/22 and received awesome customer service by Maria! I bought a ton of gardening supplies. She took the time to go through multiple phone numbers to see if I was setup for rewards. After no luck of finding a valid phone number she took more time to help me sign up for Rite Aid Rewards which saved me more than $30 on my purchase. Throughout this whole process she was absolutely amazing and kind. Thank you Maria for your assistance!

I love this location's pharmacy. The lead pharmacist is so kind and goes above and beyond. I can appreciate the fact he knows me by name. He even calls to remind me my medications are ready. He administered my COVID-19 booster. He was gentle and answered all my questions.

It's a Rite Aid, recently remodeled always have a nice security person on deck late night parking is well lit and it's the only store open 24hrs in a 10mile radius. The customer service clerks are always smiling and I've never had anything less than a nice visit. Of course I always go about 2 or 3 am for some reason but smiles for miles when I do go. Good safe store.

Excellent visit to Rite Aid. Pharmacy department provided the medication I needed in record time while I waited. The hand scooped ice cream was definitely a treat.

Great store, clean and easy to go to. I love their paper towels, and their sales. I use the app, thanks to the young Latina who told me how to use it.

I always have a very positive experience at this Rite Aid. The Pharmacist, Nathan, is wonderful. He is very friendly, personable, and has gone above and beyond to help me out with some insurance issues with one of my medications. I have always had amazing customer service from everyone here, both front of the store and in the pharmacy.

Rite Aid is my preferred pharmacy of choice. The staff are always knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Robert, in particular, has gone above and beyond to address and resolve my medication concerns.

Love coming here can always find the products I need. I work long days so the hours are perfect, friendly staff and prices are good.

I lost my wallet in the Rite Aid parking lot, and Ari the manager found it, found me on facebook and messaged me to tell me it was waiting for me at Rite Aid! WHAT AN ANGEL that was so thoughtful! The pharmacists are also always so helpful and friendly.

Awesome people work at this pharmacy. They are very helpful and they actually answer the phone!

As far as the rest of the store, it's okay 🙂 I like that there are healthy snack options.
