Elliott was very helpful. His suggestions were appreciated as my purchase was a last minute gift. I value integrity in a sales representative. He was very professional and courteous.

Ashanti went above and beyond to help us in a fast, extremely friendly and caring, yet professional manner. Not only did she help us set up the new line and the new phone but she also took it upon herself to sort out our account (which was costing us $600-1300 a month!) and stabilize our total costs. I left the store feeling confident and happy with the services she provided for us yesterday. Would highly recommend other customers to ask for her by name. Thank you Ashanti!

Howard greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. Introduced himself and asked the reason for my visit. I was there to purchase an iPad Pro to use for designing furniture. He was super helpful in suggesting the right accessories and got an Apple Pencil ordered from another store to have delivered for me to pick up from the Juban Crossing store. Howard was quick with all the answers to all of my questions and helped me get my new iPad Pro set up and walked me through its features and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Without a doubt, it was the best experience I've ever had at an AT&T store! I highly recommend anyone in the area needing any kind of help with their AT&T accounts to go see Howard or any of the friendly and helpful staff at the AT&T store at Juban Crossing!!

I was having a problem transferring my phone number to my new phone. Thomas resolved my problem in ten minutes or less. He did an outstanding job!

The staff was friendly, patient and very helpful. I was seen immediately but had a complicated issue which caused me to stay over 20 minutes. 5 stars ⭐ to Juban ATT employees!!!

The ATT rep at the Juban location was
friendly and knowledgeable. She assisted me as soon as i walked in the door. I had already been to the ATT store in Walker by Walmart and got NO HELP. In fact they told me they did NOT help people set up ATT pre paid and I should go to Walmart for help. Walmart told me they couldn't help but had heard the people were much more friendly and willing to help at the Juban location. They were right ! I was in and out in 20 minutes w my problems solved. I will use that location from now on.

They fix the issue of my mobile data being blocked (for unknown reasons) within 1 minute... That's right, 1 MINUTE! Super nice, knowledgeable people!

If you’re in need, go see Walter at the Juban location. Helpful, friendly, and very easy to work with. He helped us get exactly what we needed for our family. Great experience.

My experience at the Juban store (Denham Springs) was fabulous. Ashantea T was the absolute best. Very knowledgeable and answered each and every question. Good employee's are hard to find now a day's, but Ashantea T is a genuine gem.

Ashanti or Ashantay helped me today with upgrading my phone. She was funny and personable and fast. She didn’t waste time trying to sell me stuff I didn’t ask for which I absolutely can’t stand. She was to the point and professional and patient despite some unnecessary rude customers waiting and making inpatient comments lol I think she needs a raise along with her manager cause they are understaffed and overworked.

I traded my 10 in for a 14plus and the representatives were so helpful with transferring my data, pairing my Apple Watch from my old phone to my new phone as well as fully explaining my trade in value and when to expect new billing to appear on my statement. They were excellent!

Stephanie provided an outstanding service. Had such an amazing patience on assisting me to do my phone number porting over and gave in depth detail on my new plan. Very well mannered young lady!

I was greeted by Walter as soon as I walked in the door. He was very friendly. He let me know the accessories I might need or would want, what my discount plan worked with, and where everything was located. He promptly got me the phone I wanted and let me set it up by walking me through it. He charged my phone as it did the update and continually let me know the progress.
The store was very clean and organized. While waiting I noticed the people that came In were promptly greeted and had their names added to the queue.

Stephanie was awesome she checked for any deals and promotions that would help us with bill so it wouldn't be such a huge bill. because we desperately needed a new phone for my husband. I appreciate her patience with my kids and knowing how hard it is for the working family and helping any small little way meant so much to me. Thanks so much the Allen crew
