Very bright and clean atmosphere. All staff were pleasant and in a good mood. There is an ace hardware inside as well so there's a multitude of items sold here you can't find at other rouses

I'm a huge fan of Rouses grocery! Their meat selection is far superior to any of the other local grocery options. They also have a very nice selection of wine and even a small humidor of cigars. Rouses also typically stick a wide range of local, fresh produce. Their market and baking goods are great lunch, dinner and dessert options. This grocery store really offers the best! The workers are always friendly and happy to help.

Very clean, organized, and well stocked store with an excellent produce and meat/fish selection. Wish all the Rouses were this well run.

Parking lot is in horrific shape for such a new location. Watch your step.

I love this store, so many choices of everything! They make sushi in house, there is a big selection of cooked foods, salad bar, olive bar, bakery, butcher. The alcohol section is beyond amazing (also any place that gives samples out alcohol is okay in my book) they have so many local products as well. The pictures are of some of the different drinks that they offer. I think they could have a little bit bigger selection when it comes to the vegetarian foods, but I was able to find my 10yr old vegetarian chili for his veggie dogs there, so that's a plus!

Love love love rouses! Always clean and nice! All of the employees are nice and always smile. They have organic food, Asian food and nice bulk section. If you are into alcohol, they have a big section for that!

Well organize. Enjoyable environment. More organic produce would be better.

We don't live in the area, but have family here. We enjoy shopping at Rouses when we visit. Wonderful selection of fresh local items that we don't see in our home state. We also like to buy products we know came from the gulf that are frozen and put them in a good cooler for the trip home.

A locally owned grocery store. The store is always very clean. Shelves are well stocked and the people who work there are very helpful.
The fresh seafood is always beautifully displayed and there is never an odor of old seafood. The deli makes very good "fast" food you can take home and eat
The meat market and produce section is very well managed and everything is well displayed.

WOW!!!!! I've never been in such a fancy, spotless, and friendly grocery store in my life. It was like going out to eat at a high scale restaurant but being able to walk around and pick out everything your about to be served down to the dish soap that is used to wash your silverware before it even makes it to your table. Keep up the good work staff and management.

I absolutely love Rouses! Great prices and deals. Love the plants they have too, but sometimes they aren't in the best shape. I bought a succulent bowl a couple of weeks ago and it was infested with bugs. One plant in the bowl has basically died, barely living. Then other days they have a totally new healthy selection, just depends I guess. The fact that they usually (8/10 times) have my Ensure Plus nutrition drinks that I drink on a daily basis basis is enough to get 5 stars from me because those are impossible to find sometimes. Convenience is also a big plus.

They always have stuff other places do not have. The deli is superb! Seafood station, cheese counter, you name it, it is top notch. You can’t beat the wine selection! Love the ready to cook meats they have. Perfect for a quick meal you can throw on the bbq pit or even your oven, and classy enough to serve to company. Love the produce section as well. Sometimes the cashiers aren’t as friendly as you would expect. Mine yesterday never said a word to me, even though I had spoken to her. She did speak to some dude, so maybe she just didn’t like me for some reason. Or just likes to talk to guys? That’s my only complaint. Which technically is her issues not Rouses. I’m glad I am a loving and caring, spunky little ball of gladness nowadays. 20 years ago I probably would have gotten cocky and messed with her. But you know. Some people’s children 🤦🏻‍♀
I try to remember that some people aren’t raised right, so maybe it’s not their fault. They just don’t know better. Hope you find a happy thought every once in a while, try smiling…you’d be amazed at how much prettier you can be if you just smile.

I ordered a birthday cake from here for a last minute birthday party for my daughter. I usually order some fancy cake from specialized baker and spend $250 or more on a cake. I had more compliments on the look and taste of my cake I ordered from Rouses for $21.99. I will never spend that much money on a cake again! Getting all my cakes from Rouses now!

Very clean, comfy temperature, fully stocked, delicious cakes, prepared food is always delicious. Friendly and helpful associates. Much much better than Walmart!

Love our Juban Rouses!! I always find what k need and then some! Fresh seafood, great produce and a great meat section, as well as being well stocked with dry goods. There’s always something new on the shelves to try! My favorite part of shopping at Rouses is definitely the employees, they are so nice and helpful. I’m always greeted with a smile and they are quick to offer help throughout the store. Great selection of liquor and cigars, it’s really a one stop shop!

Only Rouses I've been to as of this review. I like the selection, layout, and quick checkouts. While a little further than my closest options, I use any excuse I can to drive here. Some prices are a bit high, but I like the sales, marked down meats and clearance end cap, and truth be told, they have my favorite whiskey about $4 less than anyone else. That counts for a lot.

Oh, and when my wife and I first stopped in, the same evening we moved back to the area, we were amazed by the selection of prepared and ready to heat foods. Egg roll and potsticker trays made her a fan. We moved from Northern Virginia, where we had the option of Shopper's, Giant, Food Lion, Publix, Aldi, Lidl, and of course the ubiquitous Walmart Market. Of those stores the closest I could compare Rouses to is Publix, but in my opinion (and mind you, I haven't tried Rouses chicken or fresh made foods) Rouses is the clear winner. If I moved back to Georgia I might have a change of opinion, though, for safety's sake.

Went there for the lunch deli meal. Friday was seafood day. Excellent food at a great price. Store is always clean and workers are always friendly. Highly recommend.
