Bath & Body Works

I love, love, love Bath and Body Works. I usually shop online because I don't like to shop in large crowds. But this time I decided to go to the store (Juban Crossings) to shop. Although it was extremely busy, the Staff was very friendly, and helpful. I definitely will keep shopping at Bath and Body Works online for sure and in the store whenever I need something ASAP.

As usual for every entry I am greeted and asked if I need any help finding anything. It always smells amazing and the staff are always smiling and actually seem like they enjoy their work and assisting to help customers.

This is a great store for all your mother-ly Christmas gift needs. The workers here are very polite and respectful and they'll help you with picking out the perfect gift and anything else you need.

Went on Personal Bath day, it was so crowded you couldn’t walk the workers were great at restocking, They were out of something I wanted and only one girl named Zoey went out of her way to find me when she found a box in the back of the store! She was the best employee in my opinion! She did that not only once but twice!!!! While other workers just said oh no sorry we are all out! Thank You Zoey!

This my first time visiting this location. I had some candles that I received as a gift but wanted to exchange. I had a hiccup at the register when exchanging but on my way out Kori asked about the exchange, she, Libby and Amanda were all very helpful with getting things straightened out quickly. Kori was absolutely AMAZING!! She's the type of happy, smiling face that you want to greet you.

The custom service is unmatched they are awesome. The fragrances are not the same. The prices are too damn high....this is my last time purchasing bath and body works. It smells like alcohol..Bath and body works has fallen off but the customer service gets them a 5

We went for the once a year $5.50 sale and it was packed, which was expected. They were only allowing 55 customers in at a time but I think this should have been lowered! It was elbow to elbow in there and absolutely no way of social distancing.... Which, I'm fine with but just throwing that out there for others who aren't. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The lines to checkout LOOKED like a nightmare but moved very quickly.

My favorite place! Love Bath & Body Works, they have a huge selection of smell goods for your home, bath and your vehicle. There products last a while unlike other products I’ve tried from other places. Their prices are reasonable and love that they have a rewards program plus coupons. Fast online ordering and shipping.

Excellent customer service was given to me by the lady that helped me find the black cherry hand soap and coconut hand soap. The lady at the check out was awesome too!!! These ladies are helpful, but not pushy. I was greeted right away, asked if I needed help finding anything, and allowed to peacefully look around. As soon as I needed help I got it. Great service, wonderful smelling products, and clean organized store. What more could I want? Highly recommended!!! Will keep going back.

Can get busy at times especially on Saturdays. But the workers are very nice & helpful and do what they can to speed up the line. They usually have everything I want in stock.

This store has been having the best sales lately. Great selection of good smelling anti bacterial hand sanitizer. I don't need anymore, but buy some every time I go to this store. $3.99 sale on lotions. $10 three wick candles. Can't beat that.

How do you not love this store? The staff is always very nice and attentive. During the big year end sale, a sales person was standing outside singing to entertain the customers waiting in line. It was very nice.

Love all the different selections and specials

This is a good location. The staff were helpful and friendly and I'm extremely picky about scent. My three kids each got a basket and went "shopping." The staff didn't mind but maybe because I made my kiddos put everything back where they found it. I look forward to going here for a mommy break!
