Oh my goodness! Got the best help for my phone ever. This young man jumped out of his seat when I walked in to see what he could do to help me and he had a world's worth of information about my phone. So anxious to share and explain to me all my questions and reservations. Cricket has been my carrier for a very long time and they finally have some very active and worthwhile sales people. Thank you very much.

My boyfriend and I stopped there about a week ago, we were a bit apprehensive due to terrible past experiences in cricket stores but Aaron and Amanda (the A team!! 😉😂) were great!! We will be back! 😊😊

I've been a cricket customer for about 8yrs now and I've never had a problem. I have the same coverage as I did when with Verizon. I have 2 lines for half the cost of Verizon for 1 line. I also have unlimited everything which Verizon never offered. I've also been able to get much better quality phones with Cricket than was ever possible with Verizon. If you're in the Wilmington area I strongly suggest that you give Cricket a shot.

I have been with Cricket since they began well over 20 yrs ago in Denver CO. And have stayed with them over 20 yrs due to the cell service is excellent, prices are very reasonable for phones and family plan service. I have never dropped a call! I pay including insurance on all phones with un limited everything,(talk, text, and internet on phone) $114 a month for 4 unlimited lines! Best deal out there!!

I was so very happy as an owner of a business Snowie of the Carolinas to switch our service to Cricket Wireless. The service has been awesome, the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful in executing their jobs. We are saving an average of over 100 dollars per month which is 1200 per year on our business lines. I have the same coverage at a much better rate. What is not to like? Business owners I encourage you to check them out. Don't get locked into a long term contract. This is a great money saving solution for everyone.

Kimberly at the South College location was extremely kind and helpful with me getting me added to my boyfriends line. The other staff was just as friendly and Kimberly even speaks spanish to help other customers. Everything was painless and effortless. Thank you!!

Aaron at this store IS THE BEST!!! We had several technical problems with our phone and everyone of them was professionally resolved. We cannot say enough about Aaron (very pleasant) and this store.

Ive been at alot of different company wireless stores all over the us and this was by far my best experience. Efficient, fast, polite, and so knowledgeable. This is the only location i will ever use. Makes Verizon customer service look like walmart on black friday!
