AT&T Store

I have been in the Charleston store a few times to get help with my fathers phone. Grant Simmons and Jessie Hayes were so helpful every time. They are both very knowledgeable and great to work with. Ill be telling my friends to go to see them if they need a phone or help with anything. Great job!

I went to change accounts and add some lines. I was so impressed with Rob and Sabian. They were friendly and patient because my issues were lengthy and took so much of their time. I was so impressed with their multi tasking skills when new clients walked in the door. They definitely go above and beyond to help everyone!

Went in for a Christmas present, and got Stellar service again.

Very friendly staff. They are professional and always ready to help. I've been there 6/7 times so far, I couldn't find anyone whom I can rate less than 5/5. Overall, great service. Appreciate.

The store is very clean and the staff was friendly. Rob did a great job setting up our new phones and getting my number transferred. Destiny was very helpful in getting all of our accessories picked out and ringing us up. Very pleased with this location and the staff there

The rep was very personable and knowledgeable. He took care of everything I needed. He even asked if I had proof that I'm a retired teacher, which I did (shock!) so I could take advantage of a savings. No one has ever asked me that. I walked in frustrated and walked out smiling (laughing, actually)!

Went great i didn't wait for assistance tmore then 5 minutes store manager assisted me after I completely broke my old phone. I received a new note 20 ultra then and there he was so polite, professional and easy to talk to. Keep it up Charleston store!!

MY BEST FRIEND BOUGHT HIS PHONE FROM AT&T AND WE'RE BOTH VERY EXCITED AND SATIFIED WITH THE WAY THEY HELPED HIM OUT AND THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX HIS PHONE WHERE HE CAN USE IT AGAIN AND WE GREATLY APPRECIATE IT VERY MUCH

The store is always clean and the manager Tayza is always friendly! She goes above and beyond to help customers in any way. Never had an issue with this location and will gladly come back there!

I switched to AT&T a few years ago because I was having some serious reception issues and was getting nowhere with Verizon customer service. The staff and management at this store was wonderful and I have had zero problems with my service or equipment since I switched.

Sabine and James were so helpful and patient. Probably the nicest experience I’ve experienced in a phone store.
