I had the opportunity today to sit near the pharmacy while waiting for a vaccine. The staff despite being inundated with a constant flow of customers and questions, managed to go about their morning with a professional, polite and prompt response to each and every one of them.
If one employee was busy managing a customer in line or on the phone, there were two or three extra staff members who jumped in to help, in order to keep the operation of the store moving.
Kudos to the management of this store.

Bruce cashed me out, He made my experience very joyous!
He is very friendly, patient, efficient and helped me to shop more!
I stopped by the old Saybrook CVS just to make a deposit and shop in the area. Bruce reminded me of my care pass rewards so I stayed a while and shopped!

Despite everything and all of the negative comments here, I have to say that the pharmacy staff is uncommonly friendly and helpful. I have had several very positive experiences with two pharmacy technicians in particular— Dante and Bailey. They both go above and beyond every single time, giving personal care and attention to individual needs and circumstances.

This CVS has such a nice atmosphere. They have great deals on everything and the staff is so friendly. I was greeted by what I assume to be the manager, with smiling eyes, and she offered to help find anything I needed and told me to have a wonderful day as I left. I would give this location 100 stars.

I highly recommend this CVS and the minute clinic. Everyone was so kind and helpful, especially the nurse practitioner Ann Kabza.

I am not always a fan of CVS. But I have to say the staff here is fantastic. The pharmacist was really helpful and knowledgeable. Also, the cashier who waited on me was also really kind. Thank you.

They make scheduling a COVID test and vaccine so easy! All the of the pharmacy staff were very kind and helpful by walking us through everything.
