Love it, it's a small place but has many things my favorite is the corn tortillas and masa for my tamales. Great deals on produce as well.

I love the tortillas here! This is a family friendly store, very welcoming. If you don't have the patience to wait in the long tortilla line just ask for a dozen from the cashier and they have them warm & ready.

Best store ever for someone who was raised in mexico. My husband is from Acapulco Gro. And let me tell you that the best part of the store are the tortillas freshly made. Calientitas para sentirse a comer agusto. 😋 after that, it's the guisados/comidas that they have prepared. I haven't had the chance to buy meat from there to make, but im pretty sure it won't disappoint. Know the best part WAS also tge yoli brought from guerrero, know that was delicious too. It has changed why idk 🤷🏽‍♀ but seems to taste know like 7up or Sprite or some have no gas. Then, customer service is also always great. The place is clean and is always stocked up on everything. We always come here, especially now with our living situation.

Corn tortillas are the best! Combo meals are great too! They are a small market, but big in deals and great food! Be ready for the possibility of standing in line for the tortillas but so worth it!

Sawaya's is the place for hot, delicious, authentic Mexican food. Oh yeah, and besides serving hot food, they are a grocery store. Go there all the time. They accept food stamps and cash aid. They also have a check cashing section.
