CVS

Gotta recognize when someone is really good at their job, even when it's not easy. The pharmacist at this location is awesome- he helped me sort through an issue with my two insurances and good rx to see which was the best price. To see people deal with their jobs with total apathy and borderline rudeness is the norm, so I gotta shout this guy out. I noticed that he remembered several customers names who were waiting. As someone who's taken thyroid meds since I was a kid, I know he is not the typical pharmacist and hope cvs notices it!

I visited the 12 mile and Franklin location today. I’ve never had a bad experience here, but the cashiers are usually very dry and short . Gage helped me today and he definitely went above and beyond, he was very friendly, held light conversation and was really kind and patient. His whole demeanor and his voice are very calming.

The counter gentlemen is the best. Always helpful and polite he also calls everyone by their names. I've never had any bad experience in this CVS.

I stopped by this CVS to pick up a few items and it was a great experience. Samira went over and above the call of duty and I greatly appreciate it! She took the time to leave from behind the counter to show me where a product was and she made sure I received my discount. She was very helpful!

Best Pharmacy. Nice People. You be polite/patient, they are 10 times more respectful than your average pharmacist. That's the quality you receive. Don't misuse this quality.

Came here because of the good reviews and it's vacinity to my new apt. Boy were they wrong, it's tiny and dirty, and rude pharmacy staff, I felt like I was being interigated by the fbi as a new customer filling a simple dentist prescription. However, in the time it took to write this bad review, the Rx was ready, so 5 stars for being super fast :) lol

The cashiers at the front are very nice and friendly, but there is almost always a line. The managers need to staff more people during busy times.

Just dropped in for a minute .pharmacy is very accommodating.
