The UPS Store

I have always had pleasant interactions with the UPS staff at the El Cajon Blvd location. However, I want to give HUGE HALOS to Sean. I recently relocated cross country and had artwork/paintings and other items that required wrapping and shipping. Sean eased my concerns with his professionalism and knowledge. He patiently answered my questions and walked me through his thoughts on how to ship the items. I dropped off my precious cargo, and Sean took care of the rest. I am now in my new home state, and the shipped items are perfect. The Hugest Thank You to Sean. You rock!

Went there for the notary service. I called first to make sure the notary was there. She was, but only until 2pm. That was fine, as it gave me some time to get my elderly father ready. When we got there, we didn't have to wait long. She was really nice and it made things go quickly that I had everything laid out and prepped for her. (Not my first notary rodeo.) She checked to make sure I did everything okay and if the color of ink mattered (it does on some documents) and before you knew it, we were done! I would've never have thought to come to a UPS store for notary service. If my bank hadn't have had their notary on vacation, I would've never looked for an alternative. Bottom line, if you're looking for some notary service, you can't go wrong coming here. I would suggest calling first, just in case.

I have a PO box here and I do a lot of online shopping so I come here frequently with my fiance. We are always treated with respect and feel taken care of. The owner is thoughtful and does his best to help out in any way. Bailey, one of the employees is always so kind. Every time we come in, shes made us feel welcome by greeting us and already having our packages up front and ready! As regulars, we feel very satisfied with this location:)

Despite the disappointment of UPS losing my package and it being the busiest time of year for them, Sean was communicative with me and made sure I was taken care of. I am so thankful for the follow-up and willingness to help by filing a lost package claim and making sure I'm compensated for the loss. Thank you so much Sean!

There were 2 extremely helpful women. I am an older Lady (63yrs), I had to return 11 different packages with different QR Codes to Amazon, 1 more return to different destination, and Send 1more package to a friend in TX. I had called the store before getting there, and asked if they could help me because I had never use UPS. A Lady with sweet voice told me to make sure I bring everything with me. Once I got there I parked at Front for Free. My nephew sent me the QR Codes in my cell, and she worked with me item, per item. I don't know about the guy standing there, but since I was there for over 15 minutes I noticed the Ladies were very polite, extremely helpful explaining and asking the right questions. It was busy... customers were in and out quickly! (Except me...because I had too many packages) There is Free regular parking for 2 cars at front, & Free 15 minute parking for couple of more cars at Front, there is no meter. I will come back to this place, I recommend u call ahead if u have questions. I forgot to ask if they have more parking in the back.

Quaint, clean, nice UPS store. Staff is kind :) Very time efficient. Though, parking was a bit hard to find :(

Updated this review from the original one I wrote - I had a complaint about UPS as a whole, and although I have had great experiences with the people at this store, I didn't know where else to leave it. If you have any issues with the COMPANY but not with the store itself, please leave your review on the UPS Hub instead! The staff here are understanding and kind, even with my issues.

I paid for UPS postage online and chose to drop off the package at this location. There were two clerk's working, so the line moved quickly. The employee who helped me was pleasant and worked efficiently. It was super easy: dropped off the package, got a receipt, and was out the door and on my way. I will use this location again in the future for my UPS needs.

This is one of the best UPS stores out there. Very good service and I am a big fan of the people that are working there. They take care of the products that you want to ship at a high level. Would love to keep coming back.

I’ve been shipping packages (small letters to big moving boxes) for two years now in this store and the service has always been great. Sean (I believe is his name) has always gone out of the way to help me no matter how big or small the package was. I’m moving out of college but I’ll always be thankful for all your help!!!

I'm here to return my Amazon textbook rental.
Got everything done in five minutes, including printing the material that has to be pasted on the box.
Service is smooth and swift:)

This is an amazing store, I'm a college student at SDSU. This store is very close and very convenient for me, i had to do a delivery and i didn't know how or what to do. The employees there were able to answer all my question and help me pack my package and ship it on its way. They have excellent customer service and they are very helpful. I recommend this store for all the students and friendly neighbors that live by if you guys need packages shipped, do ups drop off, notaries, or any kind of computer and printing service,

I am a student at SDSU and this UPS store is located in El Cajon right underneath BLVD 63. The location is easy to find and the customer is very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend other individuals to visit this UPS store. This store just opened as well, and it makes it easier for SDSU students, especially the students living in the BLVD 63 building, to ship out their shipments. If you have any problems the employees will find time to help you out as much as they can, they have great patience, which I really like. So I recommend telling your friends and family about this store!

Sean was great and very helpful. It's embarrassing that USPS sends a person down the street to the UPS store to get boxes when the boxes are pre-paid but Sean got my item packaged perfectly and I just left it with him so I didn't have to go back to the Post Office.

I went in with a bad attitude, after an irritating morning at work and tried to take it out on the clerk… he was awesome, totally even tempered, respectful and patient with me… that’s allot. Always great service even when I don’t deserve it. Thank you.

This place is absolutely wonderful! So easy to access and the workers are very efficient. The delivery is fast and easy and the packaging are always delicately done and secured. I always come here as it is very friendly.

Excellent service!!! Had several items to send to a friend of mine but didn't have a proper box for it. Went to this store and they selected the box and even packed it for me. Great service with fair prices!

Just wanted to say what an asset Jacob is at this UPS store. Very helpful, I needed help printing out my resume and job references and he took a few extra minutes to help me out, greatly appreciated Jacob, thank you

Owner is great. I worked here and got the inside view. He knows his stuff and will do right by you. Sorry I quit after only a month. Good guy.
