Isabel had great customer service. She has a bright and kind spirit, very sweet lady. Store is always clean and other employees have always been so helpful and kind as well.

CVS was a big store that had many varieties of selections at good prices. I liked it I’ve only been there twice people are really friendly and if you buy some thing they give you coupons for five dollars off the next thing. The second time I went I checked out more isles just for the future, I definitely come back here. There was never a wait at line the two times I’ve been there. I felt really satisfied when I left.

5 Stars here for Diallo, whom I called to have him hold 2 bottles of the store brand of Imodium. My patient needed it upon discharge, and the hospital, pharmacy had none.

He not only had it ready for pick-up, he tended to us personally, and when we left the store, we saw him come running out and towards our vehicle, my patient had left his glasses, and he did not want us to forget them!

This CVS does seem to be a bit stretched thin staffing-wise at times, but they consistently go out of their way to be extremely helpful and friendly, and I can always get medication filled very quickly at this location.

Was working out and I pulled my back so I stopped by this CVS. I was by the pharmacy trying to look for the best back brace I was having a difficult time finding the proper brace and this sharp-squared-away employee named Fernando came over and showed me what would work reasonably for me and even pointed out some good on-the-shelf painkillers that could help ease the pain. Thank you Fernando for going out of your way and helping me! Also, thank you for your service, sir. THANK YOU CVS FOR TAKING CARE OF OUR VETERANS

I freaking love CVS on Washington. The staff are so friendly, helpful, courteous and efficient. They always make me feel welcome and most importantly, they love my little 2 1/2 your old, 3 1/2 pound teacup Pomeranian Muffy who is a rockstar because she has been held by over 1000 people since I got her a year ago.

She is a master at opening heart spaces. In fact, there was a young gentleman with a hospital wristband, and his girlfriend outside CVS one evening I was shopping, When I met them outside, the young man had a 6 inch gash on his forehead that had been sutured up. When I asked him if he wanted to hold her, he enthusiastically said yes. After a longer than usual time holding her, he gave Muffy to his girlfriend, and said “you need to see this.“ He opened up his shirt, and he was cut from his Adam’s apple to his belly button, which was also sutured up. He said that he had been stabbed in the heart two weeks earlier and was expected to die. He rallied, but said that this was the first time he didn’t feel fear and definitely felt the joy that Muffy provides peeps.

She is a miracle worker! And the CVS staff are delightful! They all deserve raises and extra days off. Thanks kids!

Larry was very helpful as usual. Larry is professional and always represents the best interests of CVS. We are so pleased when Larry waits on us. He's a real asset to CVS and should be recognized as such!

David in the pharmacy was very helpful and all the people giving bad reviews really need to think about how their reviews affect peoples' jobs. Such negativity isn't kind and I personally only give 5 star reviews. If I get bad service somewhere I know that either they're understaffed which isn't their fault.. people quit or call out all the time or someone may have something going on in their life that I don't know about. So I never give bad reviews. David the pharmacy manager was very kind and helped me sync up my medications. He is a very kind person.

Pharmacy staff at 3rd and Washington in Hillcrest are wonderful. I just got a COVID booster there and the pharmacist (Dave??) was so kind. It's a busy location so customers may have to wait, but the pharmacy staff stay helpful and professional. They work very hard! Thank you!

Johnny is great at always answering my questions and going above and beyond in making sure I have a good experience with CVS. I recommended my friends to this location because he is so knowledgeable in this field and helps by either calling the insurance, the doctor, etc. Whenever I go to the CVS pharmacy on Market street, the staff there always tells me that they’re not able to help me. I have to go to this CVS location in order to get the proper customer service I deserve. This location is much busier than other pharmacies, which explains the long wait sometimes. However, I can see that the staff tries their best in assisting everyone as soon as possible. Overall, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend.

Be nice to these people! There is always a horde of bums these people have to deal with. When it comes to the pharmacy it is usually the doctor or the insurance company that makes the mistakes be nice to these people. I have received a lot of prescriptions here and it is tough for these people. Can I do vigilante social justice? Smack a Karen for the good of mankind? It's a public service really...

Greeting almost always by staff when entering. Rx service prompt and efficient, despite their being busy (closest pharmacy to two major hospitals). Yes, homeless can tend to linger, but employees or security guard will ask panhandlers to leave premises. Have always felt safe there.

CVS has more to offer than a receipt longer than the dead sea scrolls. A 24-hour store and pharmacy that is an incredible convenience for any consumer. This location has parking on the side of the building so no need to pay meters. I live nearby but it was my first time using the pharmacy services. My insurance doesn't cover at CVS. My out-of-pocket at CVS was 12 bucks and Rite-Aid was charging $45.00. No brainer. In terms of comparable pricing at similar stores, I would rate Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aid. But in general, CVS has a broader selection of what matters to the consumer.

CVS is a one-stop shop for frozen, snacks, drinks, pre-packaged, and refrigerated foods. There are always specials on make-up, booze and quick gifts. Heck, I've even purchased a beautiful scarf because I forgot my jacket. A fully stocked location and typically several employees throughout the late evenings.

I was quite surprised with the range of natural vitamins, essential oils and body products that I see at organic stores. More aghastly impressive were products for mixed curly hair ethnicities.

Most amazing staff work at the pharmacy here. I want to thank Miguel for providing the most amazing customer service. I highly recommend.CVS promote him.

This store is amazing. The inventory here tops the chart of any CVS ive been to in San Diego County. It is clean and so roomy. The staff exemplary. I was visiting hosptail and came in to get out of the rain. 3 am in the morning. Wxcellent customer service. Thanks
