I go to this UPS store at least once a week. I can honestly say that they are a well-oiled machine, with good manners!! Efficient: Yes. Helpful: Yes. Friendly: Yes. Well Stocked/Prepared: Yes. Keep up the excellent work! It is appreciated & noticed!

The customer service at this UPS is the absolute best. For the last five years, Jordan has taken care of all of my shipping needs. I know my packages are safe and will be delivered on time. All of the staff are fantastic, but Jordan is one of a kind. She always takes the time to make me and my dog Luna feel like the most important customers.

Always a friendly and efficient experience. I’ve come here for Amazon returns, printing, mailing a package, or just putting a stamp on a letter. Got my passport photo done here too. They can do it all and are happy to help.

Since I work from home I've used this location for a number of services including package shipping & tracking, Amazon returns and (incredibly important) notary signatures. I've never had a bad customer experience. The team are all very helpful and lines are rarely long. That Parking Lot can sometimes be a hassle during peak lunch times but mostly you're in-and-out very quickly.

I’ve been shipping my packages from this UPS store for 10+ years now. I’ve always had good service and never any issues with any of my packages. I appreciate them being in south central Austin. Super convenient for me with lots of parking. I rate this place highly!

Best quick and easy place for Amazon returns, they are a busy store, but staffed adequately to get you in and out quickly. They also ship anywhere and will pack it for you if necessary.

Easily the best UPS store in Austin with the best customer service. All three employees at the desk were attentive to my needs in lieu of Spectrum's mistakes. Everything was corrected and now I can go on with my day worry free.

One of the best UPS stores in Austin! The staff is friendly and somehow the wait is always fast, even with a long line at 5pm.

We have been using this UPS store for over a year and cannot think of a single time that we have had a bad experience with any of the staff. They are all helpful and friendly and take the time to answer questions and helped us find the best solution for whatever shipping beds we had. Even on days when you have to wait a little longer in line, they take their time with each customer to offer excellent service.

Outstanding service! You can't assume all UPS Stores are the same, and this store is clearly a standout. I typically visit the S. Congress store and dread the thought of entering the building. The people working at the S. Lamar store actually treat their customers with respect and want to help. Again, thank you for being great at what you do!

Having this full-service UPS shop in our neighborhood is a game changer for our family. The staff are efficient, professional, and always make me smile, which makes this errand a lot more fun than it could be! Having dedicated parking right in front is a bonus. Thanks for everything!

I buy (and return) a lot of things on Amazon and so I am at my neighborhood UPS store weekly. Erin there is the BEST! She’s super sweet, efficient, knows my name and always takes care of me.

Over the past two years I've been using this UPS store while I've starting a small business from home. From time to time I've needed to ship things in a safe and secure manner across the US and even into China. Each time I visit this location the staff has been pleasant to work with and often provide helpful tips to insure my packages are taken care of because they know how critical it is for me. I cant speak to the experience others have had at this store but for me its been great having them so close.

This UPS office is very convenient to me and I use it almost exclusively and very frequently for any mail service I need to accomplish. The staff is always cordial and efficient and my packages are quick to arrive at their destination. Thank you so much for your helpful good work!
