Many times when I shop at Menards I meet extra ordinary employees that are so willing to go beyond their responsibilities to help me out. Nate, who works in the lumberyard was the nicest employee to help me get the treated lumber that I needed to help me get it cut and put into my vehicle so I could leave, this man a lot because as I’ve grown older with less things I can do and his willingness to help me out was just super exceptional. The employee that assisted him. And the female guard at the gate were also exceptional, warm friendly, and just gave me a wonderful experience. I have been shopping here for decades and I am continually impressed by the good staff that Menards always hires to help the customers out. Thank you, Menards.

My first time in the store, & I was completely blown away by the overall energy throughout the store. I recomend giving yourself some extra time for exploration because the selection is so extraordinary you may get lost in there.
My new favorite hardware store hands down.

Friendly associates. Wide aisles. For a big box store the floor plan is nicely laid out. A good place to shop.

We stopped in for a few items today at the Wixom location and the associate Paul was very helpful and friendly. It is so refreshing to be treated this way. I have experienced very poor customer service at a similar store as this. From the time we walked into the store to the time we checked out was a very pleasant experience! We will definitely be back!

The gentleman at the paint counter was super helpful. ( Tyler maybe ?) Needed recommendations on project and he was great and friendly. We were there on 6/15.

We’ll stocked, very clean and organized, they only had two registers open and could have used one or two more. Wait wasn’t that long but unnecessary.

Our place for everything we have needed and could possibly need for home improvement projects. We shopped here almost every weekend when we were preparing to sell a home and then occasionally shop here now for items we need for our home.

Extremely clean and well organized. So much better than Lowes or Home Depot!! Much more selection and they carry many products that other home improvement stores do not have.

Menards can be best described as the kind of place your grandparents would visit when they didn't want to shop at more than one store but still needed groceries as well as their household repair goods.

The selection and aesthetic style can best be described as "heavily Midwest." Beef jerky, frozen pizza and canning supplies can be found alongside the fiddly little knob you broke off of your 1970s-era lamp, which is just down the way from the plastic flamingos around the corner from the decorative fountains and lawn supplies.

As an additional nod to the iconic frugality Midwesterners are known for, you can always find items on "sale" via mail-in rebate. You no longer have to worry about finding the correct rebate slip now, as there is a universal rebate slip which could be found adjacent to the exit. While egress from the store is convenient, getting the store's ever-present jingle out of your head will not be as easy.

I recommend Menards over Home Depot, Lowes, etc... Decent selection, competitive prices. Rebates are a manual process but it adds up if you make some major purchases. Acceptable customer service. If you are looking for lumber they have a better grade then other stores unless you go to a lumber yard. Most of the 2 x 4's are straight.

They had all the shades in the various sizes we were looking for. The helpful staff was able to quickly cut each of the 8 shades down to the correct sizes. They incorporate a digital saw system that is fast, precise and doesn't leave plastic ends shattered and tattered from the pressure clamp cutter incorporated by some other box stores.

Called ahead for some info on a deep freezer. I mentioned I would be there within the hour to look at it in person. When I got there they had already pulled down the deep freezer that I was interested in and put it on a cart for me just in case I wanted to buy it. I was in and out in 7 minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable staff from what I witnessed. Great job wixom menards

I had a fantastic first experience at this Maynard's last night! Two separate employees helped us. One walked us over to the lumber area, personally. The other helped us determine out specific needs, took us to the barn, and helped cut our wood for us before guiding is back to the front of he store. He was friendly, funny, and thorough. Also, I was amazed at the variety of products!! I'm so exited I finally found this place, and I will definitely be back!!

The lady working the paint department is a very pompous individual to say the least. I frequent this Menards location and recently I was shopping for some paint and overhead this employee and a customer getting very argumentative, I didn't hear enough to know who was right or wrong. I now have a very strong opinion that this lady who works paint is the aggressor/instigator. I just had my very own confrontation with her. She saw me grabbing a gal of white paint and told me that I need another type.wait, how do you know what I need? I never said a word to you prior. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt ,I explain to her that my customer specifically wanted this one since it was the exact paint already used on a room that needed a light second coat. She proceeds to argue that it isn't the right one I need and it's apparent that she didn't hear a word I just said to her so I walked away from her as she continues to mumble something under her breath. She has reddish hair and somewhat short. Watch out for this one people.

We went here looking for assistance in updating my mother's kitchen so it will sell faster. We were fortunate enough to have Kyle help us out, he was patient and really listened to what we wanted, then made some good suggestions for a few cost-cutting tricks that would still give us the look we want at an affordable price. Very happy, highly recommend.

As always fun shopping and more importantly STILL offering 11% rebate on everything. Hats off to the management for doing all it can to encourage shoppers in less than great times of COVID stay-at-homes.

Lana helped me and my wife tremendously in choosing area rugs for our new home, and we absolutely love them. Great quality and value compared to nearby furniture and home decor stores.

This was my 3rd trip in the past couple of weekends to Menards. I used them to help beautify our home with new landscaping pavers.

Menards had better pricing than the other retailers for what I needed.

The ease of use of store pick up was quick and we'll organized. On top of their great prices, I also received rebates which made the deals even sweeter.
