I couldn’t remember his name but he was super helpful and helped me to the full extent and was super patient Verizon needs more employees like him

I was nervous and embarrassed to bring my phone in to see if someone could help me get it working properly. I noticed how kind Alaric was helping the gentleman before me so I was no longer feeling embarrassed or nervous to ask for his help. Alaric took the time to clean up my phone, organize my apps and teach me a few tricks to use it more efficiently all with a smile on his face! I was in the service business for over 50 years and pay attention to how I am treated. Alaric was the best I have ever dealt with. He is one of a kind for sure and deserves a raise! An asset to your company!

My wife recently decided that her Ipad needed a new water treatment, and such it decided not to work anymore. Juan was very helpful to get a new Ipad ordered, and we even decided to upgrade our phones at the same time. Even though he was commonly by himself, he was able to dual task and help a few customers all at once. Cheers.

Alaric went above and beyond. He stayed 30 minutes past close to get my friend a phone before his hunt. He was personable, nice, and extremely professional the entire time. Alaric is a good dude!

Saul was exceptionally helpful and clear explaining options. When he discovered that we had a larger trade in value for customer loyalty, he redid the purchase paperwork and tenaciously persisted with the necessary phone calls to get it changed. He was fantastic and needs to be given greater responsibility because he can be trusted to serve the customer fully and thoughtfully. He made us feel like we were the most important people in the store. Thank you.

My husband was having trouble with his phone for months with multiple people turning him away won’t helping him. Until ALARIC at the district helped us! He went absolutely ABOVE AND BEYOND! I was ready to buy my husband a whole new phone with a new number/line. Alaric helped us choose the best financial option, helped us in and out the door quickly, with a smile on his face. He truly cares about his customers. He needs a raise. He is amazing. I was honestly tempted to go to TMobile after all the issues with my husband phone, but Verizon has a forever customer solely because of Alaric.

I arrived just as they opened, I just needed to know how to insert a sim card. The guy was very nice, very polite and showed me how it was done. His customer service skills are great. He didn't just do it, he patiently trained me as he did it. A great employee for this annoying lady who showed up the second you opened. The instructions with the phone are sketchy. The internet instructions were incorrect. I appreciate his few moments of time, it was invaluable to me!

I urgently needed to switch my carrier to Verizon to address service issues. Alaric, my rep in the store, gave me some steps I could work on while waiting on line to speed up the process. It took less than 20 minutes and got me back online. I'm grateful for his speed and professionalism.
