Kacey was unbelievably amazing! So helpful to every customer. Helped a customer navigate on the app on their phone and maximize what the app can do.

Located in The District shopping center, this location is great if you want to skip a trip to Southtowne Mall. Plenty of parking and other shops/restaurants near by. What makes this spot great is the staff. Very helpful and friendly from the moment you walk in. Our service dog is always welcomed and they have accommodated my family very well. On the dozens of trips to this location, they have always had all items in stock and been able to help find what we need. Just a heads up, during Christmas time this location is very busy, but that's expected.

Thank you for providing an excellent service. My son was unsure of what to get but a sweet lady helped him find the right gift for grandpa & his uncle.

The employees are so incredibly nice! They were out of the candle I wanted but she was so knowledgeable she was like on this one and this one both smell similar and immediately was able to show us where they were! Will definitely be shopping here again!

Great products, sales associates always friendly and helpful

I have been using only your products for more than 15 years. The cream lotions are my favorite, they keep my skin from drying out and keep my feet soft. The wallflower plug-ins are amazing. I get compliments from everyone that walks into my home. The room sprays are great too! I have nothing but good things to say :)

I love this location. The associates are super sweet and informative. The location isn't the biggest, but it's beautiful inside. It is wheelchair accessible.

Staff are so friendly here, the store is kept clean, the sales are really good. My wife and I love shopping when they have $2.95 soaps (otherwise they are so overpriced).

Bath & Body Works is doing a great job supplying the essentials and keeping the store clean and shoppers social distanced.

I really love shopping online for my Bath & Body Works purchases however, there is nothing like going to the store and smelling all of the wonderful new scents. The employees are friendly and always willing to find whatever I am looking for.

What a great experience the store was clean and all the employees were kind and helpful even with it being the huge candle sale! I was able to get all my favorite scents and when I had a hard time finding a few Cori went above and beyond to help me locate them! Very pleased and will definitely return to this store.

This is one of my favorite stores. Everyone is so friendly and the vibe is welcoming. They always have tons of inventory of all my favorite things. They have the best foaming soap ever! Thanks for all you do ladies. We love your store.

The good smells abound at this establishment! The cool part about it all, is that they aren't overpowering. You can smell somethin... and then smell something entirely different right next to it, without any bleed-over! The cashiers were really nice... and they had some really good deals for my wife to cash-in on! Good job, ladies!

I don't buy candles often... but when I do, it's because I need a ton of christmas presents fast. They have a good selection and the people here are really friendly, and very helpful.
