AT&T Store

This store is amazing! They helped me with everything you could possibly imagine! Mario and Heidi are both wonderful to work with, and a great asset to your company! Very professional, understanding, and kind! THANK YOU GUYS! YOU ROCK!!!

Heidi and Elias are truly amazing! They hooked me up with new phones , cases, all the accessories! The customer service is top notch. They all had Christmas spirit and I appreciate you all so much.

Mario and Heidi at your South Jordan are AMAZING! They are beyond helpful. I am not technologically savvy so Mario came to our house to help us get Direct TV set up. I will always look for them when I need help. 5 stars for both of them!

Mario helped me with an upgrade for my sons phone. He was super patient. He helped us compare pros and cons in picking a phone and then searched for the best deal for us. He took the time to look up my account to see where I could save money and gave me some tips and tricks to save me even more money. He was zero pressure and very kind.

Elias Gonzales is a STAR! He is a dedicated employee for AT&T and takes EXCELLENT care of every customer that walks thru the door of the south Jordan AT&T store. He deserves a raise and his own store.

I went to another location and they screwed up my service, then next day they refused to fix it. I was ready to punch this guy who ruined my service then the next day he refused to fix HIS mistake. So I came to this location where I was treated like a valued person by Jocelyn I may have name wrong...
She was so nice and so helpful within 5 minutes I had my service restored. Thank you so much I will be returning to THIS location for my new phone purchase in a couple weeks cause of how good I was treated by her. Thank you again for fixing the other idiots incompetence. See you soon👍💯👍😁

I will not go to any other att location because Management is on point over here! Saul & Jocelyn were so kind and patient with my issue. I left with my issue resolved. And you guys....it was a puzzle no one could help us with as far as phone issues. Seriously. Thank you to them for the compassion!
